I remember painstakingly getting into Joplin from Springfield to help with search and rescue. I helped, but part of me wishes I hadn't. It was brutal to say the least.
Where did you hide? Glad you were safe. Only people that died where because the power went out and they were on ventilators but amazing no one else died that hospital was pretty safe the new one is even safer. So much debris flying around in this video but I guess deeper inside maybe it was a bit safer for people so scary.
@@graciegjj well everyone else went to the basement but my family and a couple of other people had to stay in the hallways so we just tried to huddle together.
I was in stairwell 5 other people,2days before had a dream sleeping an thought heard tornado coming! Well trying to hear it I felt air underneath door and realized doors gonna blow open,man said rap around the rails, when it hit the whole building moved,,then both doors blew open sending women almost sucked out upper door.son trying to pushing door to save but losing.no debris or wind blowing inside just clam
ugh...anyone in that ER would have been dead! Glad they took the warning seriously!!

I was in that Hospital when the Tornado happened because my brother was born 2 hours before the tornado
