Does small engine cams offer a performance cam that is good for really low end torque ? Like just above 3600 RPM, working on an engine that is for the most part completely stock looking on the outside but can make the most hp inside a GX 160/200 block.

Yeah, they sell the Black Mamba Junior that has less duration and a narrower LSA for more low end. They will also custom grind just about anything you want.
