I started learning tarot all on my own when I was 16 in the 90s 😅 I didn't have access to very much information except the guide book that came with the Tarot of the Cat People so it was hard. Later on my journey I learned to work intuitively and took to it like a duck to water.
It's only in the past couple of years I've felt drawn to study the "standard" meanings and deepen my practise.
I still have a strong intuitive bias and my higher self uses the inagery a lot to speak to me, and in many ways oracle cards are still my stronger suit.
