@TechDoctorUK Hey brother have you had any issues getting the desktop request version to work with say crackle or other streaming services, on TV bro , which I love the low file size as well as the simple UI, however if its using the chrome , Firefox , Edge desktop user agent option there shouldn't be a issue with streaming tubi, crackle, xumo etc. This is on a 4k firestick though. I think your video was for the Google chromcast? . Any ideas why its not taking? I had the voice search, both in the version the link installed as well as the updated version. Does your remote have a microphone? Is record audio enabled in settings?
@@DogGuy19 yes I have mic button on remote & it does work for voice search. I just thought it was odd that I dont have the mic button displayed along top on tje browser. FYI: I do not see the setting u speak of in browser settings OR in FS settings (settings>apps>installed apps>TVbro>permissions)
its a personal choice if you care about ISP knowing what you're doing. Personally, I only use a VPN for torrents and to get around geo-restricted sites.
Thanks for the video. I have to say that I like the Firestick's Silk web browser better, as I can fast forward and fast rewind much easier on an embedded video than I can with the Android browser. With the Android browsers, I have to find the progress bar, then click on it where I want to go. Unless there is an easier way???????

I am busy dealing with a death in the family & wanted to access my workout plan videos on my in-laws' TV as quickly as possible, get it done & move on to the next thing that must be tended to on my quickly expanding list. So when you didn't say it *immediately* up front & it became apparent I'd have to waste time waiting for you to actually say the name, I got frustrated & went elsewhere. Also, TV Bro's video player was not working when I tried it. I like the browser but unless it plays those specific videos (which I verified were still working elsewhere), it's pretty much worthless to me. I can cast them from my phone to the TV of course, but I want to use video calling simultaneously so my best friend can work out with me long distance, & my phone memory might be too chronically full to handle that. Perhaps the SD card from my old phone will fix THAT problem, but I have yet to unpack it.
I'm sorry but this is a terrible browser if you were hit anything that you're liable to want to watch it's a pop-up monster it doesn't block anything absolute nightmare
