This concept was originally done In Japan on the aftermath of an earthquake and tsunami 10 years ago at Otsuchi Iwate Japan created by Itaru Sasaki for his deceased family. The telephone of the wind phone booth was emplaced at top of the hill overlooking the ocean and the devastated town of Otsuchi. Thousand of visitors flock in the telephone booth to call their deceased loved ones
