    0 Comments, thats crazy because this was a very helpful video? I'm looking for corrective exercises to build my foundational strength whilst doing the obvious lifts such as deadlifts etc. This was very helpful for setting me on to create a base workout plan. Would you recommend I do these every day? Thanks for your help!

      Yes these are great to do at least twice a week. You could do at least a few of them every day for warmup.

    He used to be my football coach... Built like a horse. In highschool everyone said his sister is even bigger than him lol
