I only had to upgrade a few hundred more times to achieve the damage I wanted. I did a bit of a speedrun to a powerful weapon to take care of the big bosses a little more easily. I need to stop because it's hammer time.

Ancient Bow is very OP, it’s made from an ancient bone (rare drop) from a goblin thing or Gronk (boss). The bow fires 3 arrows at once, does huge damage, but takes up 3 arrows at once. I recommend it, it’s very, VERY strong.

wyverns have a change of dropping the “wyvern claw” making a dagger that attacks 2x faster than any other weapon doing the same damage as the hammer. just an idea for next episode :)

It's definitely better because it synergizes well with big chonk damage. The hammer's big chonk damage deals more damage while wyvern dagger deals big chonk damage more often. Both of the weapons basically instakill with big chonk damage anyway, so dagger is better.
The weapon your looking for, wyvern dagger, was added in a update which you don't have installed yet. Pickaxes aren't better yet in your version. Try reinstalling your game. It addes quite a few things such as a new boss, wolves, coal ore, and new a new bow and better arrows, and dark oak wood.

4:55 When you jump up, theres a node of adamantite, right behind the grey rock, and then immediately say you hope you havent missed any. I love the content!
Nowadays, there are some Ancient Bones (elite humanoids can drop them I think) that you can make a great bow out of, that shoots three arrows at the same time.
Also, don't forget to pick up wheat ... it's used to make Dough. And the Dough is used for pies !
Meat Soup can be made with a bowl and some meat ... strangely enough no water is needed ?
There's also some sword from a challenge statue ... Challenge Gronk, I think it is .. he can drop Sword Hilts and Sword Blades ... combine Hilt, blade and 10 Dark Oak for Gronks Sword

the battle totems increase in difficulty depending on the day your on so you want to get as many of them done in the first couple of days because only green dinosaurs, goblins and stone golems spawn
Great game choice DF, "Free, and Overwhelmingly Positive" strikes again! I would also recommend picking up more of the cheaper chests, especially early game before prices skyrocket.

I said this last video but I’m gonna say it again.
I would not really recommend opening gold chests. I would recommend the cheap/rare chest because they are both VERY useful because they both can give legendary items and all the rare items are really really good.
the new update is really sick, so many more weapons to craft and a new boss (thats very tough)

Just trust me, poopoo is one of the most op seeds. You spawn next to a lake. On one side of the lake, there is a cabin. In the cabin, there is a mithril axe, a steel sword, and a steel pick axe. It also has food and money.
The fact this was labeled as Minecraft angers me.

Just advice, I put in (nevergonnagiveyouup) in the seed slot and its a real good seed. Its not even a rick roll (thankfully) and there are loads of adamantite and mithril. ( at least at where you spawn )

@Xeno no spaces you spawn and there should be a lake next to you with mithril ores. Then there's another smaller lake next to that lake and there should be both fir wood and some adamantite

Just to remind, the enemies in this game (unless the updates have changed the AI) will not attack your stuff unless they see you nearby it.
It's definitely been changed, my bf was on day 50 or so and came back to see his chests being ransacked by a bunch of monsters lmao

*Here are your mistakes (/things I think you do wrong):*
1. Making *Chunkium Armor. - Adamantite is better.* If you hover your cursor above the armor in the inventory you can see how much damage it blocks. Also the Chunkium has a -60% attack speed debuff if you have the entire set.
2. Using *Pickaxe against golems.* - According to personal experience it doesnt deal extra damage, but even if it does the sword can deal the same damage as it has a faster hit speed.
3. *Not paying attention* when scouting. - I dunno if it was in this video or the pervious one (I watched them in a row) but you were looking for Adamantite, you jumped and looked left. It was literally in the middle of the screen and you didn't notice.
4. *Activating* those *Battle Pillar things too early.* - They can summon Big Chunks endgame which may sound unlucky at fhirst but it gives way more loot and each boss always drops a power up meaning you get 3 instead of 1. I recommend saving them up for when you already have enough power ups to tank them.
*TIPS(/suggestions):*
1. *Be aware of the resource cost of upgrades.* - It's not hat hard to keep in mind but if you don't want to calculate it here's a list:
*Tools:* 50 wood, 20 birch wood, 20 fir wood, 20 oak wood
*Weapons:* Swords cost 5 ingot and 10 wood (except the iron one, thats 7 ingot), bows cost 10 (the bow type) wood, 10 barley and 10 (regular) wood (for the rope; you need 1 but it gives 2)
*Armor:* 40 ore / set, except the iron, thats 45
*Stations:* 10 wood, 25 birch wood, 15 stone, 5 iron, 10 flint
I recommend making the best sword you can for each night at the start. There are 4 potentian endgame weapons: the Adamatite Sword, the Wywern Dagger, the Chunky Hammer and the Heavy Sword. They are balanced so you can chose the one you prefer. Only craft the Oak Bow and the Ancient Bow.
*Adamatite Sword:* It has OK damage and OK attack speed. If you want a weapon to do fine in every way you could use this. It might be a tiny bit weaker than the others though.
*Wywern Dagger:* This is my personal favourite. It has a fast attack speed but low damage. I dunno if lifesteal is based on your damage or not but if not this is the best weapon.
*Chunky Hammer:* High damage low attack speed. kinda the opposite of the Wywern Dagger.
*Heavy Sword:* I think statistically it's the same as the Chunky Hammer. Looks different.
2. Build a *sky base* to store stuff and have stations around. - Make a stair from the middle of a lake near the middle of the map. At the end build a platform and there you have it. A functional base. Though there are some important things to watch out for. Make sure to chose a big enough lake so the 'idiots' won't try to destroy it. If they take it out it's over. The entire thing gets destroyed. The stairs go up in an around 60° angle so make sure the ranged monsters won't reach it at he edge. Also place the base platform far from the bottom of the stairs because monsters will group under you. For last make it high enough so Wywerns or Big Chunks won't cause any problem but don't make it too high so you can jump/fly up to at least half way on the stairs with the double jumps. Watch the stamina if you do so.
3. *You don't need structure loot for a good run.* - If you find all the resources close to each other you should do a run. Most time goes with travelling at fhirst so limiting it with the resources being close to base is probably even better than the chest loot. (Also collect the mushrooms and the apples in your path, you don't need to hunt until around day 5.)
Before anyone asks no I'm not insane because I wrote this much even though he won't even see this, I was just bored and I will probably copy this under his next Muck video if he doesn't reply.

Quick tip to get legendary items faster:
1. When you spawn in, grab the nearest rock and climb to the tallest hill in sight.
2. If you don't find a village, restart the run. Rinse and repeat until you either spawn in a village or find one when you spawn in.
3. When in the village, check if there are any woodcutters or smiths. (woodcutters have trees on their heads and wield an axe, smiths have iron helmets and wield pickaxes.)
4. Once you find the woodcutter or smith, check their trades. If the smith doesn't sell and adamantite sword or pickaxe, then either look for another village, restart the run, or find a wildcard. Wildcards sell a variety of things, so if a smith isn't selling adamantite gear, a wildcard might be selling it instead. Do the same for the woodcutter.
5. If you're lucky, you will find a village with both a woodcutter and a smith, both selling adamantite gear. (bonus points if the village has a chef, because you can buy like, 60 yellow soups for dirt cheap.)
6. Raid the village. You do this by just going around to the chests there, and taking everything from them. You can steal from chests as long as no villager has a direct line of sight to where you are. (you can literally steal from a chest right next to a villager, as long as he isn't looking at you.) To decrease the risk of getting caught stealing, you can hold shift and click an item. Doing this instantly brings the item into your inventory. This means you can just shift - click all the items into your inventory, lowering the time the villagers have to catch you. However, do not steal from the chest on the pedestal. No matter what, whether they see you or not, when you open the chief's chest, they *k n o w *. So don't open that chest unless the village is of no use to you anymore. (You can find a chief's spear tip in there if you're lucky.) Anyway, by raiding the village, you will most likely find a pickaxe or axe, maybe even both.
7. With the wooden tools, kill every monster you see at night. When monsters are killed, they drop coins. If you kill enough, you can save up to 100 coins and above each night. Save at least 75 coins. This is because with these 75 coins, you can buy either an adamantite sword, a pickaxe, or an axe. I highly recommend buying an adamantite sword with your 75 coins first, so you can kill monsters faster, which means more money, faster. Soon enough, by the 2nd night, you should probably have either 2 or all 3 adamantite tools. And guess what - you just went from wood tools straight to adamantite without any other tiers of tools made in the process. With these adamantite tools, you can start mining more adamantite for the armor, or even mine obamium. With all this strength so early game, it'll help you kill bosses faster, speeding up the process of obtaining rare weapons. I'm pretty sure I once got every single rare weapon in muck once with the help of villages.
Edit: If you get the wyvern dagger, find as many orange juices as you can. I got around 22 orange juices on a run with the wyvern dagger and I basically became a chainsaw.

Tip on fighting big chunk if you wait behind him for a few moments he'll start to moon walk and you won't need to worry about him smashing you with the big rock pillar, just pay attention to when he crouches as that's when he'll do the shockwave attack so just back of and jump the moment he lands.

btw you can try to use wood for hitting things if you have chunk damage upgrade bcs wood's firerate is so much you can get more chance for the chunk damage (also if monsters destroy your buildings they just drop not get destroyed)
