I don't really think Penny was burned. The black is the same black as on the Monster TIO, I think she was corrupted, otherwise she would have an eye of Insolence, and a normal Infected eye, I also think Penny was the first one to be changed by TIO, maybe Insolence infected not just infect, but turn those attacked into Insolence minions, that would explain why Kolie, Markus, and Delta had the eye in advance, as TIO can't really exist in a full form in the real world.

I don’t think you need to give the items in a certain order, all 3 items (water gun, pipe sword thing and mop) can be given to either one in any order, the ending you get depends on who you give the most items to. So if you have survivor selected and give 2 of the items to willow and the other to tigry you’ll get the willow survivor ending, so in other words whoever’s ending you want to get just give them all 3 items
