Actually i feel this protective jealousy for all my sisters in deen..eventhoug they are not all under your authority and you cant really watch out for anyone but your own ,sista,mother, wife ect..and even that can be hard if they just dont lisen😩..but still this gheira feeling for all sisters is there ..ya'll know what i mean
I do. Sometimes it sucks. Like I like a girl. A little too much maybe. And my gheerah for her is awfully strong. This feeling led me through times I wish I didn't have to go through. Seeing her talk to my friends while trying to stop yourself from talking to her as well and /or advising her to not casually talk to them is an absolutely gut wrenching feeling
it has nothing to do with a man satisfying his wife. it is about protecting the women under your authority from the predatory exploitative nature of men. Allah has made men the protectors and maintainers of women. It is this protective instinct nature that is triggered by men when they take a women under their care. whether daughters, sisters, or wives. If they don't have it, it means they don't really care for the women in their care.
