you got owned, son. he was all outta shape trying to make the pass and looked as though he were about to go down or blow the corner entirely before you guys came together. glad you're around to post vids!
Seen it happen a thousand times in 10 years of marshalling at Cadwell (usually at Mansfield, the next corner). Typical Gooseneck accident and the reason why there is usually a medical team parked up there or very close. You were on the right line, but he was in front of you well before you touched. On the other hand, he could probably not have held that tight line at that speed on that corner so it was a pretty stupid error on his part. I would have taken you around Charlies!
What cokeyblokey said, I rode there yesterday in fact, you was spot on line from what I can see, looks to me like he went in too deep for the left hander and had to stand it up a little at last min, not your fault IMHO.
woah, lol, didnt realise until slow mo that he'd already lost it, just thought he went in to hot for the overtake, but his leg was already in the air before he hit ya. no-ones fault i'd say, looks like he just went in too hot and lost it, spewin he took you out in the process, really good onboard footage too mate!
A shame you crashed, looks like he lost control and then you hit him, accidents happen. Keep racing man, looks awesome to me! :) I dream of becoming a road racer, if I had to pick a proffession of my own choice, I'd do speeding for a living ;)
i'd say it was neither of your faults, just he made a pass around the out side of you on the corner before hand and you didnt know he was there. You ride good, i hope ill manage to get in to something like this on day. :)
been there many times, the lead rider had the best line , if you take that corner too near the apex its a bigger drop , best too stay out wide ( goose neck )
I'm no racer, so probably not qualified to comment, but to me it looked like he was already losing it when you hit him, having gone in too tight and too hot trying to pass you. Bad pass on his part.
You were commited for the corner. Whether you should have checked your mirrors ( If you use them ) I don't know. It was very quick and I know that I wouldn't have had time to react in that situation.
holly ufdehf.. u were doing it grate man!! are u ok?? looks pretty bad.. at lease u fall into grass i went against a wall. as soon a get a new bike i will go back to race.. good luck
i recon he over shot it and tried to correct himself,u had the perfect racing line.not your fault, brakes arent that good!!! great bike great track, u can ride!
Well they don't call it the axe murderers class for nothing! Cadwell (or Crashwell as i like to call it) ain't a good place to fall off anyway, i remember bailing off a 250 at Barn corner once, and it hurt like hell, bike wasn't too chuffed either!
if it would be a race it'd your fault thats agressive overtaking which is allowed dunno if this is practice but if it is then the other guy shouldnt be goin so hard
i agree if youd have set of with the guy who qualified 2nd youd have been up there with them lol, typical club start where everyone goes before the lights go out, starts were my down fall,id qualify well enough but get a crap start and give myself a job n half to do to get back where i qualified !!!
It was all your fault... you fluffed the start BIG time and should've been with the leading pack and not back with those two who were holding you up, you big girl Billy Boy!! ;-) Seriously though, he made a move that was always gonna be tight, then drifted and you had no place to go really... if you'd tried to change lines, you'd have ended up in the dirt anyway. Stick to road racing mate... much more fun!!
Fair one, i should of been with the lead pack. But i was catching them up, once i got past the other two. Who knows where i would of finished. Stop being a tart on the start, me thinks.;)

Crashing is never fun, but getting taken out really sucks!
What did the other guy look like? : )
woah, lol, didnt realise until slow mo that he'd already lost it, just thought he went in to hot for the overtake, but his leg was already in the air before he hit ya. no-ones fault i'd say, looks like he just went in too hot and lost it, spewin he took you out in the process, really good onboard footage too mate!

He hit you... He missed the lefthand apex as he came past you... Basically too fookin fast and out of control. All the best, Foggy.
i'd say it was neither of your faults, just he made a pass around the out side of you on the corner before hand and you didnt know he was there.

wrong side for an overtake at the gooseneck, should have come up the inside before the righthander to pinch line into the left, you got wasted!
@SteveO1988 Im all for aggressive racing and banging bars, but he lost control and took me out with him. I had no chance.
I would have too agree with you. Looked like he missed his line badly.

I spent more time reading the comments than watching the vid.
to prevent back wheel bumping....
if u ryde u should tart prectice it helps a lot..
No doubt whatsoever, his fault as he was out of control. A typical racing crash. Hope there was no lasting injuries for you both!

I agree he had the racing line, the other guy overcooked it, looks like a school boy error , that racing.
Yep.. you were definitely catching them up. I just couldn't resist pulling yer plonker matey... Oooer missis! :-)
definately made a pass when you was ready for flickig it for the apex and hes on the brakes in front of you
he wiggled then hit you,i think it was just a racing accident
The other guy was out of control. 100% not your fault !
There are no mirrors on race bikes
missed the apex a bit a charlies 2 on lap 2 lol :). his fault he lunged sat up and u had no where to go
He defo hit you dude! He lost it into the corner and cut right across you. Were you alright you were on the ground for ages dude! ;-)
i recon he over shot it and tried to correct himself,u had the perfect racing line.not your fault, brakes arent that good!!! great bike great track, u can ride!
Looks like he didn't make the turn and you already haveing started your turn had no where to go.

His fault no doubt about it IMO, he was going way to hot into that corner, if he didnt hit you he would have been in the grass on his own anyway.
Silly place to pass in my experience.
if it would be a race it'd your fault thats agressive overtaking which is allowed dunno if this is practice but if it is then the other guy shouldnt be goin so hard

dives up the inside then goes straight on,you turned left and hit him.he a twat but thats racing eh.get well soon.
to fast at the entry, he try to over take you braking really deep, totally his fault.
bike trys to high side him
It was all your fault... you fluffed the start BIG time and should've been with the leading pack and not back with those two who were holding you up, you big girl Billy Boy!! ;-) Seriously though, he made a move that was always gonna be tight, then drifted and you had no place to go really... if you'd tried to change lines, you'd have ended up in the dirt anyway.

He took u out, thats it.
