I have ordered for 2000. Bought 33 items. I received only 24 items. Rest were missing. Out of 24 . 2 were damaged. 2 has less counts. Raised a ticket. They said they would not be able to help. and said Hard luck. Totally no credibility. If you want to take risk, you can buy. The quality of most of the products are worse

Deodap se better local shops hai..... Atleast you know what are you taking(quality)......... and we should encourage and motivate our local shopkeepers too......
Yeah we should always support our local shops. I only use ecommerce websites for things which we usually don't get nearby. Deodap me kuch cheeze acchi quality ki hai or kuch cheeze bahoat cheap quality ki hai.. wahi thoda dhyan rakhne ki jarurat padhti hai.
Buying from the DEODAP is taking risk, if any damaged product received, there is no chance to return That due to their complicated return policy and terms which is impossible to complete So buy at your own risk
Do not opt for deodap for business. first the salesperson will keep calling you and once you pay hard-earned money for their selling program they will share the wrong csv sheets and ghost the client for getting right files of products.

Don't buy by DeoDap. You can't return any cheap quality product. They will include 18℅ tax on all products. Customer care service is very bad. 😮Except some products all are very bad quality and if you want to return that product you can't return it because they will not give you proper answer after sending all videos. They will say our team will check and after that they will not reply on your msg. It is Frustrating for me. I suggest you don't buy with DeoDap. Pleas don't make the video like it because I purchase the products from DeoDap by seeing these videos
Hi Darshana, indeed, the tax adds up to approximately 18% of the total cart value, which I also believe is high, especially if the quality of the product doesn't match up to the expected standard of good quality.
