His brain is wired completley different than most drummers. The best I've ever seen! Saw him many times back in the late 90's at The Izzy bar NYC. Hard to believe someone can get better with age . He's proof!!!! GOOSEBUMPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am quite convinced he has Dyslexia+ADHD based on his interviews, and I really have seen them all. I am actually going to ask him in person soon at a show. lol.
The first 17 minutes are complete eargasm. Tooks you to 12 minutes stress relieving trip throughout couple of their songs, then Jacob gives you a hint of whats gonna happen and that switch to “Flood” build up is absolute masterpiece. It gives you so much energy like drinking the best coffee you’ve ever had and even more. Thank you for all the work with creating and uploading this video.
"[if you're keen]....tonight we play Music for Sharks...but people can also listen to it...28:07....it's all aces, such an interersting band and band leader
At 49:55 - the ending of the tune "them" in this live performance is pretty annoying only because one can't enjoy the visuals of how the rhythm is created because of the unneeded extended flashing of the strobe light

What an amazing set!! The flood/hard hat mix was wild!! Just wish they didn’t use the strobe lights
sonic art at it's best!
Jojo is slowly getting that Buddy Rich neck from looking down at his kit!!
I love the opposition of traditional style...lol

Was this recorded with Jo Jo’s permission?

The minute of 25:00 is just plain ridiculous
Un peu trop de basse présent
