Everyone loves pizza. This pizza base is made of round khaman dhokla. Homemade gluten-free base without any wheat flour.
It is very delicious.
Dhokla base preparation :-
Take 1 Kg Chana Dal/Split black chickpea.
Wash it and soak it in the water for 3-5 hours.
Grind it in the mixer jar, adding 2 tbsp curd and some water in the batter.
Cover it tightly and keep it in a warm place for 6-8 hours. According to season.
Check the consistency of the batter
Add salt and 1/2 tsp ENO/Cooking soda at the time of preparing Pizza Base.
Take Deep plate/Thali, and grease it with oil. Pour batter in the plate.
Pre-heat steamer and steam the dhokla base for 7-10 minutes.
Take out plates fro steamer and cool it down.
Take out round Dhokla from the plate without any cut.
