- Hi Folks. This is part two of a 400+ mile journey I took to shake down all my gear before my ‘Me, Myself and Dad’ tour of the UK later this year.
Day two is a shorter ride from my beautiful hometown of Seaford back home to Stratford Upon Avon.
Please sponsor my 3,500 UK tour by following the following link. I am raising money for St Wilfrid's Hospice in Eastbourne riding the coast of the UK in Sept 2022.

Really enjoyed the video. I rode a VanVan from Leeds to Malaga a few years ago, l've done the same on a bicycle, you think differently about luggage if you tour on a bicycle....
Stunning little motorcycle. Can't wait to get my 200. Second time watching this. I remember now.
Me and my mate both got van vans and are from Sussex we ride ours all over the Sussex byways and have so much fun....very enjoyable video dude.
イギリスの田舎道とレンガ造りの建物。美しい風景だ。いつか走ってみたいな
Thank you 🙏 Yes the UK is a beautiful country for the most part.
OK, I get it.😂 have been following your journey and I must admit I did wonder why you didn't upgrade the mighty van van or even buy your Dad's old bike but now I get it. Loving the series and watching you travel around the UK. You are so inspirational. Keep it it buddy 👍😁
Haha, yea the little VanVan isn’t really the tool for the job, but therein lays the challenge!! Really glad you’re enjoying the videos, nice to be able to share the adventures with so many people. 🙏
My best friend has one,she did London to the northern tip of Scotland and back twice already…such a beautiful bike
Great ride mate. Love my 125.
Had one years ago when I sold it, even before the bloke took it away I regretted it...even though I had it three years and sold it for exactly what I paid for it..excellent vid.
Nice one mate. I am sold on the van van for my Scotland trip. Happy travelling
Enjoyed the last couple of Vids mate. 😊 Have a look at pannier brackets made a couple for my Hartford that's only a 125 as well. Have you fitted a usb to the bike it's really handy for charging stuff when your travelling. 😊
Other than hard luggage (panniers and top box) perhaps, along with the drybag, I've no helpful suggestions to make. I hope that you can stick with the 'Mighty' Van Van, but of course the right decision will be with you. Best of luck with your endeavours. I look forward to further updates.
I have an update video incoming later today! Thanks for the suggestions though 👌😎
Hi, nice video!, I know the cost would go up, but staying at B&B's would cut down on camping gear, but might make the trip too costly, only other way as you said, a bigger bike!, difficult!. I'm sure you will work it out!, all the best.
Thank you!!
Yea you’re right. A little too expensive B&B all the way. But I think I now have an answer!! Stay tuned for another update soon 😎👌
Won't a bigger drybag work.

On the rear package holder frame there is a sticker that says max 3kg. That's not much, I over load it every time when I get groceries. How much weight do you put on it? Anyway nice job, great video. Wish you a nice & safe ride. Cheers
No idea what my final weight will be but 100% it will be more than 3kg. I will throw caution to the wind and ignore the sticker, don’t tell my mum 😝😝
@@moto-coupe 😂😂😂
Just remove the sticker

Have ya tried the vanvan 200 just curious?
No never, from what I hear you gain a tiny amount to power and loose a gear?
What cc is the van van
@@nigelprice6469 my RV125 is a 125cc 👌
What is the top speed of the van van?
55mph normal. 75mph down a big hill. Walking pace up a big hill 🤣
@@moto-coupe cheers, I'm thinking of buying one.
@@spinaway - I really love mine. But different strokes for different folks.
the 200 cc is better..
