    @Relodii25 (PLEASE PIN)
    This video is sort of outdated, nothing wrong with that. I'm here to update on some stuff and answer some questions I see people asking in your comments as well as give some of my theories regarding Girls Last Tour (anime and magna) and Shimeji Simulation manga.
    2:36 GRAVES WITH NO BODIES > Most likely explained by the Nuko "mushroom" creatures. Last episode of the anime, in the submarine, the Mushroom entities describe that they eat thermally unstable materials and clean up other resources and that they have finished doing most of their job in the lower levels of the city, which could imply that they not only devour munitions, explosives and technology but also organic based remains. This could explain the lack of bodies in the graves. There's also a really grim theory that could explain empty graves with necro cannibalism caused by extreme famine ensued after the wars.
    2:48 MULTIPLE WARS > Starting with first and the last episode and all the pictures uploaded from the camera onto the submarines equipment, plus the scattered additional info in the GLT manga, we get information that shows us why the wars happened. Rather than aliens, we have strong evidence showing that the ancient humanity that build the mega cities and all the ancient tech and weapons, encountered a world war that wiped out most of humanity, the ancient infrastructure that the ancient humans were dependent on to continue living. It appears that this war happened between two big world powers (which is shown to involve all and multiple mega cities). The destroyed infrastructure was like a delicate co-dependent biosystem, and the destruction of its parts made the remaining infrastructure wither and fall apart without other important things like automated AI maintenance robots. Since everything was automated, humanity apparently forgot how to fix the infrastructure over time and this brought to smaller resource/food based wars happening between small factions living in these mega cities (for example the city Chito and Yuuri are living in, we can see that in the first episode their grandpa was either killed or committed suicide due to an approaching threat by a small faction fighting to take over their resources.
    3:05 ISHII AND KANAZAWA ARE DEAD > Most likely true but it leaves room for speculation considering that mushroom entities "surveyed most" of the lower floors they were on. By the end of the GLT manga Ishii would definitely perish since its thought the lowest level is completely left without any resources that could sustain life. Meaning the possibilities of her survival are so low that she probably couldn't even make it to a higher level. So its safe to say she is dead by the end of the end of the next chapter in the manga.
    Kanazawa on the other hand isn't that far below them and most likely slipped under the radar of the mushroom creatures. Considering that, Kanazawa had two options, one is to survive on the little resources the floor and continue exploring upwards or lower, second one is he most likely continued living and committed suicide shortly after the girls left as to not scar them or simply died of malnutrition. Conclusion: Both of them probably did die by the end of the manga but we don't know when, maybe before or maybe after the 12th episode of the anime. So if it makes you cope easier you've got room to imagine that they had their own short story after they parted ways from Chito and Yuuri.
    3:12 HOPELESNESS > Go check out Sewerslvt, their music is great, and if you are into mysteries, Sewerslvt is a whole 'nother interesting rabbit hole/ iceberg episode for you to explore. Nowadays the artist Sewerslvt publishes their new work under the name of Cynthoni.
    3:28 ETERNAL WINTER > The nuclear winter part is probably not true but possible to a degree, there's episodes and chapters in the manga where its obviously warm enough for them to take off clothes out in the open. Apart from that, the megacity they adventure trough is extremely tall, comparably to a mountain. Some speculate that the megacity we follow our protagonists trough is 10 floors or taller, each floor varying in height somewhere around a 100 to a 200 story tall skyscraper. This most likely explains the large amount of snow considering the higher they go the lower the air density and temperature which doesn't allow snow to melt.
    3:42 MONTAGE SHOWS CHITO'S PAST > Its a good and interesting theory, most likely not true since its a far stretch and the similarities between the characters in the montage and Chito and Yuuri are very very small. The author of GLT and Shimeji Simulation (Tzukumizu) doesn't like clichés and it is very unlikely that he would allow for such a crazy cliché coincidence. The Shijima and Majime theory makes sense as cameo and later might be linked to the "Black slab" theory, but again the similar characters in the montage that look like cameos are closer but not close enough so that we can confidently say its them.
    4:11 ROCKET FOR SURVIVORS > This theory is very much so possible and leaves a plot hole good enough for the artist to start a whole new series with completely new characters trying to leave the dying earth. Could also just be old space exploration technology.
    4:24 BLACK SLAB IS SHIMEJI SIMULATION > Most likely a true theory that many others have pieced together themselves. There's a lot of information we get that points towards the black slab being Shimeji Simulation, so I'm gonna skip all the symbolical parts, pictures at the ends of chapters, Easter eggs and move on to the information and details I find most important for this theory. Most likely not a teleporter per say, but a super computer that simulates a new world for humans to live in by energy supplied by Nukos/ Mushroom entities, hence why they are worshiped like gods. I theorize that the reason Mushroom entities said "we must move up" and flew up at the end of the 12th episode is to move above to power the simulation with the devoured matter they converted into electricity. This and the fact that Chito and Yuuri appear not only as a small cameo but as themselves clear as day in the manga albeit as less significant characters to the story. In one of the chapters of Shimeji Simulation we are given information in the library that is too direct to the world of Girls Last Tour for it to not be linked, this information states that legends and stories are told in the Shimeji Simulation, that the world once came upon a large war, virus and famine that killed a lot of people, humans found a way to simulate life and most likely uploaded their consciousnesses here. This alone is the single strongest proof that the black slab is a extremely powerful supercomputer that serves as a new world simulator for humans.
    Now here's my little theory concerning the "Black Slab" > There's details like the engravings on the black slab that are seen trough out the Shimeji Simulation manga and Girls Last Tour anime and manga, it is speculated that these are circuitry rather than glyphs , considering that we can also see these patterns in and on the robots in GLT. This also makes Sense when you take a better look at the black slab itself you can notice that these patterns only appear on cracked and damaged parts of the black slab. This probably explains weird situations in the Shimeji Simulation as glitches caused by damage that the black slab received.
    4:46 OFFING THEMSELVES BY JUMPING OR BLOWING THEMSELVES UP > It is officially confirmed that they died peacefully while asleep, from malnutrition and cold. Before the ending of the manga, both girls were showing signs that they are exhausted, cold and hungry. This part is very sad but a lot of people experience warmth, a "burst" of energy and the feeling of being well shortly before they are to die of non violent/ natural causes. The energetic snowball fight, no slivering from the cold and the happiness sadly explains that. The leftover explosives were most likely a symbolic sign of how something that you collect trough your life ends up being pointless when you reach your final destination, death.
    5:00 WHEAT FIELD IS AFTERLIFE > Either afterlife, or them getting uploaded to the simulation. Symbolically the wheat or grass field, whichever it is, aligns with both theories nicely.
    Have any questions? Ask, and ill be more than happy to answer! :3

    In shimeji simulation, there is a field (isnt wheat field actually) which is in front of Shijima's Danchi (yuu and chi either). Although it doesnt look similar but this could implies the theory that the black slab is a teleporter.

      FIRST: It could be an improvised set of stairs someone placed there before they used to climb to the roof where the black slab was placed...
      SECOND: It might just be there if the "ancient people" that built the mega city wanted to expand upwards but stopped the construction...
      THIRD: If rhe thory of the black slab prooves to be true (most likely will be) the stairs could be a simbolic display of the stairway to the heaven which i most likely belive is the case and the way of simbolic artistic expression tsukumizu (the writer of the GLT and ShSi manga) decided to go with
