I melt down the sugar, butter and cinnamon mixture in a pot and then pour it over pretzels and toss them around for a more evenly distributed coating! After they cool and sugar mixture sets up, I do the white chocolate! Evey bite a perfect bite!
Just microwave the melted butter, sugar and cinnamon first for 30 secs or less if you want to to melt more. I think a better way would be to warm the pretzels 🥨 a little first then when you stir that yummy crumbly mixture into them it will stick better without becoming too gooey😊
@conniehahn4577 I just stir it good, pour it over, and scrape it all out with a good rubber spatula! If any toppings need arranged, you just scoot em around where you want them. Since it's still liquidy it'll move around easy.
Really...she ended up using a whole cup of sugar to cover that many pretzels....she said that... So she doesn't measure exactly all the time.....I dont care...it has no out come for this recipe...but im sure you think it does...

Don't you loose a lot of topping...runs all over the pan....or sink to the bottom of the bowl...
