You are seriously one of the best yoga teachers & I love how you make everything easy to understand. I especially love that you break things down into smaller steps. Much appreciation🙏😊
So helpful, thank you. Why do I always forget those tips during practice on the mat? Good reminder to check the alignment first. short and sweet but packed with very useful clues.
You are detailed. The persons who truly appreciate this are those who struggled with the position, tried several ways to execute..didn t quite get it.Then you post this video and "eureka" ! Nailed it ! Thanks for the post.
Super helpful, thank you 😊 I already see improvements in my practice since I started following you. Could you maybe do a video where you explain the pigeon pose in a similar detailed way?
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. I've discovered you recently and video after video, you're starting to make me want to start doing yoga, because knowledge washes away fear. And yoga instructors have often made me feel in the unknown of what I was doing and knew I didn't know my body enough to go on without risking hurting myself. So again, thank you 🙏
Actually, after I had done my first ever okkish Chaturanga, I understood the last part of the instruction physically😅 Your instructions are very clear, and just feel right when I practice. Thanks a lot, Charlie 🙏 💓
Thanks Charlie, it’s a very helpful one! I manage to go down to chaturanga but find it difficult to come up to to upward facing dog from charuranga without falling flat on ground.. any suggestions?
