there is more truth to your comment than you think. He also focuses quite a bit on boxing, which many Thai fighters don't and thus are paying the price with getting KOd. He in fact might be one of the only Thai fighters left standing as in being a champion.

I worked many times with his trainer 10 years ago when he was at 13 coins then he was training Pakorn. Very hard strong trainer.
man I have never kickboxed in my life, my background is in boxing but Tawanchai is amazing, I watch whatever I could of his, I think one day he will be the best ever!. I think if he ever tried traditional boxing he'd be a winner there too, I wish him all the best in a tough tough sport.
Another Muay Thai fighter who trained years in western boxing just beaten a contender who is worldwide acknowledged as the best female kickboxer of all time (Anissa Meksen) in her first ever professional kickboxing match using her boxing skills blended into Muay Thai kicks.
