*I read previous reviews of this and wondered. Once I got it and started using it - this is a great little vacuum **MyBest.Tools** Strong, multiple filters and attachments, well worth the money. As stated in previous reviews, where you wrap the cord/store the attachments is poorly placed. All else well was thought out and it works great.*
We have got 3 of theese, exactly same thing, 10 years! We bought it for good price in 2010. And it works even today. One of them was flooded, but it survived.
@@numaticrule2921 really? Well, we have got bit different one, that logo sticker is different, wheels are bit different, and handle is different. I can do a video, if you want of it. But really, everything is ok. Well yeah, we are using it for just dry vacuuming, because we have got Zelmer Vodník for vacuuming wet spills, etc. But well, Parkside still works. We don't have problems with it.
Quick question guys, what's the blue bag for if it has the brown paper one connected, is the blue needed? I've ripped mine lol but have sale paper bags that go over the inner hose connector.
Anyone used one of these to vacuum sand out of a pool filter? The instructions only say for water, dirt and dust so it doesn't look like it's industrial enough to suck sand. Anyone tried and did you use the blue filter bag or create your own?
@@numaticrule2921 I saw another video with a different shop vac where a guy has duct taped some material to the motor to create his own filter when sucking sand. My concern is that the sand is quite damp and I don't want to kill the thing so I guess I'll wait and see if anyone has experimented with it. Cheers.
It's great for sucking up water but useless for sucking up wet sand. I let the sand filter drain for 2 days but it was still too damp for this vacuum. Basically the tube is too thin so if wet sand is your thing to suck, get a bigger tube.
