Undecided HOA is definitely not for me and my wife been there before. I’ll never go back to an HOA again a pond I can do without the mosquitoes you asked about the kitchen there’s not that many cupboards my wife has a lot of pots and pans and like do a lot of cooking I need a bigger kitchen, I think I’ll stick with an old house
