you now have to pay for the observation deck, its like an "observation cafe" now
hi.. i am arriving to new chitose airport at 2.25pm .. and my bus to niseko is LEAVING at 3.30pm.. will there be enough time ?
If it’s a domestic flight, if there are no delays in collecting any checked-in luggage, then that timing should be okay. It is definitely cutting a bit fine if you do have checked-in luggage though
