- Welcome to the next chapter at the farm. We’re excited. Today is the first day on this next journey and to start it off we’re looking back at where we began with the original shelter dogs that came to the farm almost 12 months ago now.
We will be posting all our usual daily videos here plus these extra special ones that Luke’s brother Ben has kindly made for us, going back through more than 15,000 videos we’ve collected over the years. Stories of the wonderful rescue dogs and stories of many of the incredible farm dogs we’ve all loved and continue to love at The Farm.

Didn't think watching this, again, sort of, would be so emotional.... But here I am crying.... Thank you guys sooooo much...... 73 dogs! 73 that got to live because of you guys (and I mean everyone who contributed in any way whatsoever), 73 dogs that became family members and are doing nothing but bringing unconditional love and joy to their furever families...... It's why adopt don't shop means so much to me... It's not just a slogan, it's saving dogs and cats, for one dog/cat being adopted at least 2 lives are saved..... We as a society did this, the least we can do is fix it... Even in small ways.... Spay and neuter, chip, and adopt!!!! This proves shelter dogs are just as good as "pure breeds" that people pay thousands for....... Thank you so very much for taking this on.... Rescue organizations and shelters need all the help they can get, so I'm totally here for it!!!!! Not all heros wear capes, and everyone who has helped these 73 dogs, you all are heros..... To them the most...... Much love from Alabama, USA..... " you may not be changing the world, but that animal you are changing their world".....

This definitely shows the impact you all have had on shelter dogs. And why you have to do this.
Sam and Luke thank you so much for saving the lives of these precious furbabies.
For the shelter dogs, Luke and Sam have started efforts to give some of them training and involve day care dogs activities. In returns, they are trained to trust human and generate social skill. In the meantime, they gained more chance to be adopted. I believe that Luke makes a right direction to help more shelter dogs under a limited manpower and resources.

Bloody hell Sam, I wasn’t going to cry until you got emotional about sending YoYo back, I saw the episode when it was 1st posted so I knew what was coming but I still UGLY CRIED 😭 🤦🏼♀️😂. thank you all for your tireless work with ALL the dogs, you have enriched their lives and that of their humans. I for sure am not going anywhere and I cannot wait to continue following your journey❣️🐾

I can’t believe it’s going on a year ! You all are the best and of course you made me cry again 🥹and Sam made me cry again 🥲 but they are happy tears. Yo-yo and Freddo , just looking back at how far they have come. Love you all and all the good that you do for the Doggos. Love to your family and the doggos and to the future of the next chapter. It brought tears to my eyes. Amazing family. 73 plus lives saved...if you could only measure the amount of love you put into that.
I watch them all from the start to where they were adopted and I still think Freddo made out the best
And Shadow who is now living the royal life with her princess girls Miss Red and Miss Violet. What a fabulous family doggy she has shown us she is❤❤❤

Dogs are in shelters because humans failed them. Not the fault of the dogs. I did rescue for 20 years so I speak from experience.
Beautiful trip down memory lane and a reminder of what were once sad, lost, and scared doggies; to a second chance at life, love, and the joy of a forever home. I am so privileged to have witnessed the complete humanitarian commitment to life, love and free will for all God's creatures. Gosh, over the years, I have watched what you share with your children, and with your daycare dogs and even the shelter dogs...but this, this right here brought me to such tears of joy that I wish I had millions of dollars to invest in your venture, because it is to this I would invest. God Bless you both, your beautiful children, your staff (not really staff are they, partners) and everyone who are as invested with the preservation of our WORLD as we are.

Ok, I just had to pause watching at the 5 minute mark. Maybe because Auntie Sam was crying. Or maybe because I was there at the beginning, too, watching from afar. But, at this moment, I just needed to pause to wipe my eyes. Just wondering, if you had to do it all over again, would you do still do it? I think yes. This is an emotional look back at the rescue dog journey. I prayed many prayers, shed buckets of tears, and felt tremendous happiness at each success during this period. I am in awe of your accomplishments and those of the rescue doggies. Keep up the great work.
It's hard to believe how many doggy lives you have touched and made better in less than a year. It's magical and I look forward to what is to come. Ben's video production is phenomenal, especially the music. Sam & Luke, your hours and hours of footage capturing all those amazing moments makes this video special on so many levels.

Thank you Ben for getting these wonderful videos together. This piece was a tear jerky! So happy that the first shelter dogs were all adopted. What an amazing transformation from shelter life to adopted life!💞
That first group was something else. All so very precious. Thank you for sharing those great memories. Each group are unique. But that very first group will always be special. We still have Freddo to remind us what miracles can happen with the right training and guidance.
I started crying, watching Yoyo's first day at the Farm, for the very first time today. I am happy Luke and Sam did not send him back to the dog kennel at the end of the day.
I may or may not have cried and gone back to watch each of their farm days again. Wow I'm so excited to see what's next.

Couldn't be happier that loads more 'condemned' dogs are going to be mended at The Farm and at the same time, seeing our DDFT ( now therapy) on the journey.
As I watched this time, Sam I saw your heart breaking to send YoYo back, but it was like it was breaking open to fit in ALL the Love everyone at the farm & beyond has for them. I'll never get over Freddo's video "He's our baby now."

I think I fell for that beautiful black & tan boy right from his first day. What a treasure he has proven to be with his love and guardianship of the girls and now little Wolfie. Definitely a Dog and his Boy developing there❤❤❤❤❤❤

I'd forgotten how much fun it was, watching Luke and Jase have so much fun with their new tools. The wonder of all these pups, young and old, finding a forever home with their 'good dog' medal nicely polished is something to be proud of. Well done and great video.

I had forgotten that Freddo was on death row when he came to the farm. He is the perfect case study for the work you do there! You have to go far to find a bigger love bug and more beautifully behaved dog than that gorgeous Rottweiler!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Poor Sam crying and telling Luke he couldn't give YoYo back. While Jason laughs and says I guess you are staying mate. LOL Now look at YoYo with his family and big sister Nike. Taking a chance on the underdog has amazing results. Watching Freddo, YoYo and Conrad and how they didn't like each other and now they are farm friends. This is what you and Jason were meant to do. To help out the ones everyone else has written off. You have given them a chance at the real life. This is the perfect video to show why you and Sam have made such an important decision.
I think your decision is definitely the right one for these unwanted unloved dogs who deserve better from humans and now they are there will be many more unloved shelter dogs give all the love and training they need to find a happy forever home.

Sam breaking down during Yo-yo’s bath is one of my favorites. It is no surprise the decision to go full time shelter dog rescue and rehabilitation. It was obvious that maintaining day care had become very difficult. Best wishes for you all.

Really great compilation of the start of helping in need dogs. Had a few tears. Well-maybe a lot of tears. Brought back such sweet memories. I do miss seeing Bobby on Instagram but understand it was a lot of work for the new owners. I’m sure it can be overwhelming. Was very nice they shared as much as they did.
