Update I finally got mine to work after putting in safe mode and having connected to network several hours I got a pop up witch allowed me in chrome. I honestly don't know why it popped up only thing I done was hit network and continue at same time without success I give up came back to phone with pop up.
hello. you need 10.1.0.123 firmware and then after update successfull, directly enter emergency backup (don't let phone reboot after update, force by pressing vol up + power when Huawei logo show). It worked on 2 x VOG-L29 P30 Pro last months ;)

For the life of me, I can't get into the eRecovery Backup mode after the Factory Reset on a FRP locked P30 lite. After selecting "Backup" and "Continue" it just boots up normal and I am stuck in the FRP lock. I've run out of ideas here.
It didn't work for me on p20 lite. BUT if your not getting *e recovery or backup mode* CONNECT USB TO PC/LAPTOP and it will appear. It happened to me but I did this and it worked, he just doesn't mention that part... Reason mine didn't work is because at 8:04 there was no *back* button to get to update and back up for my device etc so I missed that whole step and I tried turning off and entering back up data again separately but it still didn't work.. The whole method could work for others though! Goodluck 🙂
