hi, I'm trying this on a P30 ELE-L04 and it does not work, when I get to the place where you select ''Help and feedback'' in the menu, that option is not there, also prior to that, doing the ''L'' shape gesture does not bring the list with 12 circles 1 through 12, , at the top of the screen it says ver. 8.1 , any idea wht I can do?

For P30 you will have to unlock with testpoint which is more technical
