I've finally figured out how to describe Evil. She's a normal girl who's dedicated to playing the role of an evil villain but has extreme difficulty not breaking character. They're basically literally twins, but one of them got way too into their Chuni phase. But it's not actually her real personality, so she's constantly subconsciously breaking out of her role and showing her true personality, and being completely insane and non-sensical in order to try and sell the fact she's "evil" even though we all know (including her) that she's actually not.
There are plenty of banger songs that are originally sung in a duet. Neuro and Evil are in the perfect spot to cover them all. So yes, more duets please~

neuro's voice was microsoft ashley at one point though it's drastically changed since then it's all voice synthesis now, i'm not sure about evil's voice origin.
I think Evil's voice was Neuro's voice after Vedal tweaked it to be more expressive, but Neuro's voice was too iconic, so it became Evil's voice. And I think it was Anny who wanted to keep the old voice and suggested giving the new voice to evil Neuro. Pretty sure there are clips of it
