I think adding to your original display is the best idea. You did such an amazing job with it. And I bet they will keep adding accessories to it. Its going to be a lot of work no matter what.
I am so happy that you are getting back in the spirit. I know you said you had a hard time getting going. I love all your designs. Can't wait for the next video!!
Great idea adding on to existing. Would love to see a new graveyard to encompass all 9/10 crypts…that Egyptian tomb doesn’t come out for my display either but I collected it still
I found some fencing last year at the Dollar Tree that looks similar to your gate. They had it in black and white. Maybe they will bring it back this year.
Very nice! I may refresh one I made as I don't like to waste the good styrofoam! Have you considered styrogoo from hot wire foam factory? It gets tacky in about 30 seconds. I got some and really like it! I can't wait to see what you do with this. I bet it will be amazing.
I suppose I could, but I have no idea what the new pieces will be. They may switch it up to the HM at Disney World-who knows?? If we only had a crystal ball-like Madam Leota!!
For the brick, how many seperate pieces of styrofoam does it encompass? Was it difficult to bend it and would you not recommend using an engraving tool, and opt for a pencil because it is so delicate? Looking to mimic this, and I'm assuming you would still need a seperate base/plaform that has the brick, and the nadd this diarama piece on top, even if you were starting this way from the beginning.
The brick inside for the queue is thinly cut strips of “extra” foam-not sure how many pieces-doesn’t take a whole bunch. The thinner it’s cut, the easier it is to bend-just have to go slow and have some patience-you’ll break a few in the process-I know I did. Yes, I used a pencil because it was pretty “fragile”…or at least I thought it was at the time. I may attempt to use a hot wire tool on it if I had to do it over-just go slow and be cautious. Correct on your other assumptions.
The original piece is damn near perfect Mr. Carl! I cannot wait to see your creative process in the upcoming videos.
Than you so much!!
I love that new idea of your addition to the old look, and will still leave you an option to make more layer too it.
Thank you!
Excited to see how this looks when finished. Love the Haunted Mansion.
Can't wait!

Thanks! Agree-I’ll likely end up doing this one again in the future!

Thank you! I would love to do another graveyard and likely will at some point-just not sure when!
that new fencing is going to look even more fantastic! So excited to see it come together in its newest version!
Thanks! I hope so-a little worried about the fence-we’ll see!!
I can't wait to see this done. My dream is to add all the HM building and accessory pieces.
Well…follow along with me-that’s what I’m trying to do!!!

Good to know…I’ll keep an eye out!
Another great idea and very well thought out.
Thank you!
Absolutely amazing work. I have some catching up to do. :)
Thanks! Catching up can be fun though!!

That's a great idea! Thanks!!!
Could use a picket fence and paint it black
Original is a great piece. Could you make the new display to accommodate any new items in the future?
I suppose I could, but I have no idea what the new pieces will be. They may switch it up to the HM at Disney World-who knows?? If we only had a crystal ball-like Madam Leota!!
So fun to watch your projects. They have inspired me in my own village layouts.
Awesome-good to hear!

Appreciate the detailed reply! @@HalloweenVillagesbyCarl
Looks great!
Thanks!
Leave space for future pieces that will be released the next couple of years.
Get Leslie busy on the fence!
