  • I know it's not right and that's fine. I am very new to this and doing the best with what I have.

Sounds great! You basically have what I’ve wanted for years. One of the last years made with forced air. Was it difficult to find the supercharger? Why did you go with a supercharger over a turbo?

Thanks for the feedback! I really enjoy mine and would highly recommend getting one. I bought the supercharger from "TTS performance" and other than the process of buying overseas, it was pretty easy. I chose a supercharger for a couple reasons: I wanted a linear power curve, I like the sound of my bike and didn't want to change the exhaust. I like the look better.

I have a 2013 Night Rod Special with the same TTS supercharger kit. But for some reason it only dynoed @125hp to the wheel. But it definitely feels faster but the number bothers me because I expected @ least 150hp to the wheel. Im in California not sure if the air is thaaaat bad out here. How did your numbers come out? Oh and your bike looks clean! Love rhe vrod muscle in white.

Thanks for the comment and thank you for the kind words! I would be skeptical of the dyno numbers you received. My bike before the install was on the dyno multiple times and was 121hp. I have not since been able to get back on the dyno but I assure you that your bike is way more than 125hp. I would find another shop / Harley dealer and get it ran just to see what you have. Then after that if you are unsatisfied with the outcome, my suggestion is always ( Fitzgerald motorsports ) in Ohio. You can send him your bike and get it back in perfect shape. Great guys up there and many many happy v-rod customers to prove it. I should take mine up there to get him to straighten mine out but I am a glutton for punishment / enjoy the challenge. But knowing if I mess it up too bad, I can take it to him to get it fixed helps me push my own limits more (hopefully that makes since).
