Briggsy makes any kind of fishing trip fun, big up bro.
any hint of a drop of lures?
I second this but any kind of fishing fun
feel like ive been waiting an eternity for another batch of lures to be up on the website lads wink wink xD
@@gunman01able Soon mate! :)
Light leader is definitely better to get the bream to bite. Can go as low as 4-6 pound. Love the light tackle sessions, keep ‘‘em coming
Absolutely legendary. Like a fishing film, thanks for this epic fishing vid. Can’t wait for future videos ✌️
Great video Briggsy, love these little hike fishing adventures!
Glad you and the lads had a great time. The scenery with the sky also was fab.
Light tackle fishing is so much fun. Another top vid thanks
Walking and fishing long stretches of varied shoreline with light tackle as you did is absolutely one of my favorite ways to spend the day. And it works all over the world, from here in the States to there in Australia-and everywhere in between. One of my approaches is to cover the route with a light 8- to -10-lb. rig like yours, then try it again at a later date with an 12' surf rod, 30-lb. line, and big lures. Thanks for sharing your trip, Chris
Thanks for another half hour of good times 🤙. You can never go wrong with a soft plastic 🔥
Love it man. I light line surf fish in Southern California and love following your adventures. Keep it up Briggsy!
Love the respect for the fish and underwater releases.
Great video! Started light tackle lure fishing this year, with not much success. But you've helped convince me to stick at it. Thanks. ☺
As much as I love catching big fish, light tackle fishing is the most fun. Great stuff mate. 🤘🤘🤘
Great vid brigsy keep up the hard effort making these vids for us
Just got home from picking up some new gear and bam some fresh Briggsy content. Love your energy mate. Keep it up.
Such cool zones to fish! As always, awesome stuff.
Love all the vids mate. Your vibe is unmatched
Always a pleasure. I think it’s been two years since I met you at the blueberry farm. Keep them coming,
I regularly think about those blue berries haha they were epic!
Beautiful session for light tackle .
Nice catches and the part of fishing from the beach was amazing .
Congratulations
Nice one Briggsy! Love the underwater release shots
“My popper’s in a barrel” is the story of my life fishing in South Africa. Your ocean is a lake bro 🤣 love the channel mate.
Haha it’s not always! The main reason I upload so infrequently is swell/wind. Right now it’s 2.7m swell coming down from 4m, might not get small enough for another fish for a couple weeks 🌊
So happy for a new vid. Missed you.
Yeeman! always stoked to see ya pop in with a vid
Another good one🍺👍🏽How that whiting smashed the plastic was unreal.
Awesome fishing vid yet again. Please upload every week.
Love the light tackle missons
I know the old Breambos are as common as muck but on light gear in the surf they are just so much fun - and a good brekky fish!
Saturday morning and Cavy video, Brooksy video, and Briggsy video! I Awesome way to start my day! Bigbig mahalos guys🤙👍👊💪🎣🎣🎣🤙🤙🤙
Hey Briggsy, nice vid, FYI saddleback is a deformity fish get when they're young from not developing their dorsal spines properly. Comes from not eating the right foods or genetics. That bream you got looks like a squid had a shot at it when it was younger but it got away. See it a bit around bommies and kelpy areas where squid hang out.
Cheers for the info Mate!
I agree, I have seen it in many species including a bonito that had a fresh wound and sucker marks. Squid bite through the base of the spinal cord behind the head to quickly disable their prey'
Wow! Look at this rock, Ive never seen a rock like this.
Oh, this one next to it...
Big belly laugh 😁
Tripping watching you fish bro. Next level fun ehy 🤙
bream love light leader. u got next to no chance using 20 pound leader. Ive been taught to use 6 or 8 lb for bream
Nice thanks for the video Briggsy!
No worries Mate, stoked you liked it 👍
That sunset looks awesome great session
Love the content lmk when you get stranded again those videos are my favorite 😂
Hi u r a huge inspiration to me ant got me into lure fishing and I have heaps of them
That morning sky is beautiful
I'm from Israel, and I really like your videos, it's fun to follow you 😉. Among the fishermen in Israel there is a blessing that blesses one another, "May you have tight lines"
tight lines ✌✌
That little red fish you caught is a type of wrasse
Always fun hanging with ya bro. P.S Bringing bigger set-up next time lol, something special about that ledge
LETS GO BRIGGSY ANOTHER ONE
fishing for fish accompanied by a beautiful sunset view 👍👍👍
Amazing water release!
love this vid
This video helps curb my fishing itch... Can't fish this weekend 😭
Sick bream sesh Briggsy! All that weed on the stones no wonder you grabbed a ludderick. 👌
hi and Gday from sunny Queensland , 3rd time watching this vid , awe and some , thank you , cheers
Love all the Vlogs even though I'm in Pismo Beach California 🇺🇸🌊🌊🌊 we have some spots that are rocky that we use light line to get em..water is around 59 degrees yearly so not fun getting all the way in the water without waders or a wetsuit. We do mostly Barred Surf Perch fishing with 9-12 foot Salmon Steelhead Rods and 3000-4000 series spinning reels/8-12lb Fluro Caroline Rig with a 3/4oz-1oz egg sinker with Big Hammer Bait company Crappie Paddle Tail Baits or Kalins Paddle Tail plastics.
CPL - circular polarizing filter - means we can see through the water with the camera footage mate would be a good investment
Great video boys
oh sweet new vid, only just recently subbed this is the first one that has come up
Bonus some Briggsy with my afternoon beer
Breambo baggins Bahahaha! Looks like what we do for redtail surf perch here on the west coast of Canada.
These malosi lures are like unicorns, hard to see and acquire lol
hahahahaha
The revelry is such a pretty reel
Fun n happy,, nice bro...
Briggsy sweet wrasse, the ones today we were catching were 40cm,the best wrasse fishing is in Tasmania, love the video aswell man
Great vid mate just wondering what jig heads u had on. Cheers mate have a good one
That was a crimson wrasse bud or short term Parrot fish! Incredible eating when they hit 30cm!!
Down here in SA, we get the 45-50 off the local breakwater rocks in summer
Rainbow wrasse..I also caught one on a sp but it was 35cm and a bloody good fight on 8lb gear
Great fishing day
You da man Briggsy 🤙👌
It is very nice place for fishing 🎣🎣
Love the vids mate love the light tackle.
Can u try work more pointers into the vid pls. Talk through what your thoughts are eg why change lures, why cast at certain spots, why change positions throughout the sesh etc
Thanks mate learning lots from you as it is 🙏
Hi Mate, cheers for the feedback. Stoked you like the films!
briggsy is back yeow
Very good video
Love your setup I have the same rod with a 2500 saltist
Such a nice Rod!
Can you use this light tackle to chase fish in the estuary’s such a barra flathead bream jack etc?
continues to be present in Indonesia, the fishing is so good that it bends the fishing rod, the latest video continues, I'm waiting.
greetings to one hobby and greetings to youtube fishing content.

Hey Briggsy any recommendations for shoes as you fish alot on rocky areas?
Thanks :D
What bag are you using mate been looking for something like that for a wile
Briggsy bream lord
What size and weight jigheads were you using on those brimbo?
love u mate ❤️🤜🤛
I like the fishing
I often go as light as 4lb leader for bream.. I think a lot of tournament bream anglers even go 3lb mono
Briggsy and Joey Antonelli are the only
2 anglers I watch.
Yes Sir
I'm convinced malosi will never release lures haha
haha from what I know you'll get a shot at some Malosi Lures before Xmas!
@@Briggsy fingers crossed man been itching to get em scince last yr

Hi Mate, that's a prototype "cavy" backpack that i don't think he's going to make, but he is going to do another one that's a bit smaller
Breambo Baggins 🤙😅
