    Ughh, having that lift in the garage and not being able to use it for this is like dying of dehydration in the ocean 🙂Strong work!! I love everything about he 25" and agree that Thermal is the way to go for this application. I'll make sure to use HSF when I place my order. Thanks for sharing, and all your videos are super helpful.

      We could have used the lift but I like to work on the ground to show everyone it’s possible to do it in your own driveway without a lift 😁 and thank you that truly means a lot 🙏

      @@HoustonSpeedFreaks At least you can use yours. I am waiting on longer arms because the ones that came on my lift wont reach the pinch welds on my ST. I don't really see any other good lifting points. Or not 4 of them anyhow.

      @@HoustonSpeedFreaks When using a lift for the new 25' ST do you just lift from the pinch welds marked in the manual? Just got my exhaust and going to use a friends lift and want to know where to place arms so I dont damage anything.

      @mikem1435 that’s correct use the pinch welds when you crawl under the car you’ll see arrows pointing to which pinch welds you use

    Man kudos to you for doing that on the floor! I did my Thermal Exhaust on a lift, No way I wanna do it laying down. Best sounding Exhaust IMHO, My Dealership just did a repair on my Explorer for the folding seats and the tech wanted to know what Exhaust I had on it, said it sounded awesome. I am proud of it and the damn bright Led Lights I got from HSF.

    I’m probably gonna go with Corsa on my ‘23 I personally like the deeper tone it has, again all personal preference. After hearing the thermal in person on another ST it sounds great. Videos don’t do a justice, hearing it person really gives you a good idea on sound.

    Any chance you could make a video or explain in comments the proper way to adjust the rear mufflers to they are not rubbing on the hard green part of the hanger? I have bean dealing with this issue over and over, I slightly adjust the muffler, but it finds it's way back, pushed all the way against the green hard part of the hanger hole.

    Looks like they chnaged the location again for the flexpipes. Maybe the 25s wont have a problem with broken downpipes? Any idea if the 25 midpipes fit 20-24?

    There was a reason ford had the exhaust tips firing down! To keep exhaust from being sucked into the rear intake for the ac system! You will get carbon monoxide in that car!

    • @HoustonSpeedFreaks
      @HoustonSpeedFreaks  3 месяца назад +1

      No you won’t, the tips were aimed down to keep the tips from getting dirty so fast.

    • @Kawika997
      @Kawika997 3 месяца назад

      @@HoustonSpeedFreaks sorry to contradict your statement but I am 100 percent right. I have had 3 explorers all of them had exhaust problems 2016 2017 and 2019. Ford knew of the issue but wouldn’t issue a recall. I had all 3 bought back due to unsafe levels of carbon monoxide in the cabin. I had ford techs from 3 different dealerships all say the same thing after the redesign they have all their exhaust tips down facing to keep exhaust from being sucked up into the rear ac intake behind rear quarter panel.

    • @JasonSmith883
      @JasonSmith883 3 месяца назад +3

      @@Kawika997 this is the dumbest shit I ever heard 😂. Pointing them down or going straight back won’t stop carbon monoxide gas fumes penetrating the cabin. The gas fumes are still being generated from the same location and rising into the atmosphere. What you’re saying is like saying you won’t get wet in the shower if you keep your back to the shower head.
      What you’re referring to was an issue on a previous body style with completely different engineering that only affected the FPIU models, mostly caused from police unfitting. Ford corrected those concerns through recalls. This is not an issue on the 20+ models.

    • @Kawika997
      @Kawika997 3 месяца назад

      @@JasonSmith883 yea ok 👌 so I guess the fact that we had 10x the amount of carbon dioxide in the cab of our explorer than normal was a one off? How about do some actual research and find out there were 3 tsb issued by ford for carbon dioxide getting into the cab of the explorer that were non police cars! They only did something because police forces were going to refuse explorers from ford if they didn’t fix the issue! Ford claimed that was one of the fixes not me dumbass!
