Those Mangaloreans may be settled in MUMBAI or around Mumbai. Mangaloreans are settled in Mumbai from 1950 onwards and esoecially manh peoples after 1970. So in my belief her ancesters surely settled in Mumbai.
How about conducting a blood donation camp in Mangalore and try to match the DNA of the donors with the Mrs Bina's DNA ? And the way it has matched with Mrs Masceranhas' DNA , i guess Mrs Bina is probably a Konkani too, this could help in narrowing down their search, Isnt it ?
In my belief chances are that child missed her parents in Mumbai crowd. In a minor chance might be born out of wedlock or lifted by child trafickers. 90% chances are her parents are relatives are in or around Mumbai.
