Misha you might need to put a disclaimer at the beginning of these videos warning people that the video is from years ago. In this video you talk about NPAPs being current imports, etc. Outdated
I had a fixed stock npap about 5 or 6 years ago for about a year or year and a half it did feel extremely over gassed compared to my other aks. And seen this video when first posted years ago and put a alg full power spring in it then it felt like it was slamming forward to hard when going home to put the next round in the chamber so I took it out and put a regular bulgarian arsenal 107fr recoil spring in it just to see. And it was perfect. So I ordered a surplus yugo recoil spring and it didn't feel like it was slamming the rear trunnion anymore. And didn't feel like it was slamming forward way to hard. And definitely made it a better shooting ak as far as recoil. But I only put around a thousand rounds on it never had any issues out of it at all. The only thing I couldn't figure out with it was the empty casings it was ejecting would be dented in around the neck of the round where the projectile come out the casing for some reason. And go this day was the only ak I've ever had do that to empty casings. But I did end up selling it to upgrade to the zpap m70 because I wanted my yugo ak to have the bulged trunnion and thicker reciever and really liked it was chrome lined. But I didn't want it for Xtra strength of the recirver or trunnion. Just thought it felt right to classic yugo aks to have the thicker reciever and bulged trunnion. It just looks right to me. And I've had it since they released them and it's hovering around 3 thousand rounds and has run great not a single malfunction. And my npap was finicky to certain mags. So I assumed century arms didn't cut out the magwell to spec as usual. And the zpap since it wasn't imported by century and was imported by zastava the quality was night and day for fit and finish. And it will take any mag I put in it from arsenal waffle mags to surplus steel to bakeltes. Besides that I put the surplus handguards on the zpapm70 but didn't put the surplus m70 stock. I actually really like that zastava come out with a traditional shaped akm style stock. It just looks so much better and feels so much better firing it without that high cheek comb on the original surplus stocks. But honestly unlike most people into aks I've always been into yugo aks to me they are just unique
Wow! First on a misha video!
