Mind going in detail of the how important the gutt is, breathing techniques and was to restore it after smoking chemicals have entered in. Thank you kindly.

I have no legs I have no legs. That's awful but doubt it was from quitting smoking, it was just their time to go, I'm trying to quit myself and it's hard addiction to break, I have hurd after u quit, THT it's weird ppl have lung cancer, my poor husband had been quit for 2 yrs and got lung cancer, I hate THT word, it took him out within 16 days of diagnosis, they said at first it was pneumonia and doc snuck and done blood test. by the time they done that cause of their stupidity of overlooking it, it was in the back, bones and liver, July 4 will be 4 yrs. , but I do believe when God wants you home, he will take you, it's in his hands, all things. good luck to each who quit, there's more non smokers now cause ppl are researching and finding out all the toxins and all the tests they have done, than kill dogs or whatever animal they done tests on. either way it's horrible

So you really think drinking honey, or standing on your head, or jerking off in the bathroom will "detoxify" your lungs, right? You really believe this shit? You can ask yourself this question because you won't post it here, but have you ever had any of the basic courses in cytology, microbiology or biochemistry? Just a question for you, crunchy. This isn't even a doctor. Nice touch with the stethoscope Looks like he's selling lipitor on a television commercial. This guy is even stealing the real Dr. Nav Badesha's name and the real Badesha looks "nothing" like this guy who "does" run MedInspiration. Not preaching to me; don't smoke. Drinking-honey-does-absolutely-nothing. Do you people really believe this shit? If anything, to any educated person, it "should" be insulting your intelligence.

Amilan45 I couldn't have matched your description more. I started smoking when I first got to college at 17 and I remember promising myself back then that no matter what, I will stop when I'm 25 at the latest. Well I cant believe those years flew by and I'm left with lungs that took damage for eighth years. I turned turned 25 a few days ago and have been clean since. I find it reaffirming to watch random quitting videos to remind myself of the reason for quitting. Also thanks Medspiration for making this vid!

I could remember several years ago after divorce with my husband which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Dude...this is hands down the best smoking cessation video I've ever seen. I really don't like doctors, in fact I loathe them, however you look like a pretty cool dude and I absolutely LOVE and APPRECIATE that you recommended natural plants and holistic practices to help individuals improve their health after smoking. Thank you so much for promoting self care and natural, self-directed healing modalities and not a bunch of drugs or stuff in bottles. You have earned my respect and now I'm going to watch your video below on how marijuana affects your health. I have been a chronic user of marijuana my whole entire life since I started with exception to one year. I would never have a doctor convince me that I should stop. Once that is out of your system, I didn't need he vape either because the nicotine addiction was gone. I quit smoking 6 years ago. Best quitting smoking device for me! It made it easy! Congratulations on quitting as well! 🙂

The weight gain caused acid reflux, constipation, Even during this 2 years there was moments were I felt like I could climb the wall for a cigarette The worst I've ever been in my life. The comments here go from inspirational, (no pun intended), to nasty to hysterically funny. And how the heck did this video get 1.7K thumbs down? That's just weird. Thank you, Medspiration. I have smoked off and on for a long time. Always been neurotic as hell about it- only smoked after the sun went down for most of my smoking years.. that's just weird, too. Quit for like 10 years then, partied down and smoked again for a while, quit again for 3 years or so, been smoking like maybe 3 cigarettes every few days or so- mostly on the weekends but, I'm getting too old for this crp! Just saw the Pulmonologist and Cardiologist and honestly, I'm lucky as hell to be in as good of shape as I am. Smoking is just plain stupid as it gets but I LOVE IT. But, I can't do it anymore. The feeling of chest pressure and not getting enough air is FU#$%NG horrible but mine turned out to be anxiety. Maybe I won't be so lucky next time.. my father died at 54 from lung cancer and emphysema- 3 pack a day smoker. I smoked, (at night only), and sang in smokey night clubs forever so... who knows? But, why take the chance? When it's too late, (which I thought it was), it was THE WORST, MOST HORRIBLE feeling I've ever had. I'm older than my father was when he died and actually, I think smoking reminds me of him and makes me feel a sense of comfort.. more weirdness. But, it's over folks, the fat lady sang on this smoker. I got in just under the rope and the strangest thing of all is, I can still sing! And I mean sing really well- like when I was in my 30's. I am ONE LUCKY person. So, when it's over and I've got nothin to lose, I'll have a few Martinis and some smokes. Until then, DEEP BREATHS and GRATITUDE for them!!

Half way through the bath, you can then add a cup of baking soda and that will help with skin complexion issues or over all skin look that a lot of women are concerned about! Great vid!!

I know how hard it is to quit smoking because I smoked for over 30 years. but I found the way to overcome the bad habit was by movement enhancement. When you feel stressed, when you feel like you want a cigarette, don’t light one up just to make the motion with your hand holding a cigarette and moving to your mouth and taking a puff. You don’t have to have the cigarette there. That movement will literally release the desire for a cigarette. Additionally I took a normal every day straw like you get at 7/11 and cut it the length of a cigarette, took some cotton and tightly shoved it in the straw. That straw cigarette when you’re holding it and you take a puff feels exactly like drawing on a cigarette! THAT, my friend, is how I quit smoking! I tried patches, gum, meditation, and anything that said I could quit smoking and it didn’t work. But when I created this silly straw cigarette it actually worked! Give it a try! It costs absolutely nothing to do! Whenever you feel the need for a cigarette, reach for that cigarette straw! 😊 Good luck to all of you and best health for everyone!

I just kept going refusing to accept any BS from myself and it gradually got better. Being around smoke environment would set it off. I refused to go anyplace where people were smoking. so 30 years ago I was kind of isolated but I believe that part would be easier today because most people don't smoke in the U.S. anymore. I would recommend don't go to any clubs/bars where people would be smoking. Eventually you begin to notice if passing people who smoke when they get within a few feet from you it hits you like a brick wall. Same with entrances to buildings because smokers go there now so hold your breath until inside. I hope this helps. it's ok to contact me if you just want talk anytime. If you don't want to smoke then don't go where smoke is 👍🏻.

@@Manetx BTW, in my original post I didn't mention that I lay in the hospital unconscious for a week then flown to another hospital for open heart surgery because doctors said i wouldn't survive a ride across town in the ambulance. I used to run and i've never been able to regain that because I simply don't have the air. I started walking about a month after the surgery. First to the end of my driveway , then next day to the telephone poll then the next pole etc....until I could do two miles in 23 minutes walking. But i've never been able to run again.

@@sparrowhawk3894 Wow, you went through real hell. In my case it was only for a night, but just the memory of how I felt in the ambulance still triggers me. I just hope I don't have to turn to that image everytime I want to smoke, being that we're addicts for ever as they say... One of my biggest challenges will be having out with friends who smoke. Luckily I only have two of those, and they both understood clearly that I shouldn't be around cigarettes ever again. I hope xD. As for going out, I don't do that much. Thank you so much for your answer ❤️ it's nice to know that you're not alone and that someone managed to hold such resolution for 30 years, it gives me hope. I don't know what's going to happen with my anxiety but at least I'm clear about what to avoid. Thanks :)

@@Manetx I hope i didn't leave the impression that i'm still "fighting it" I'm not. Today and for a long time I feel like I've always been a Non-smoker. When I say it gets better it really does until it disappeared a long time ago. Have hope that it WILL and keep going until one day it's just gone. I smoked a pack+ daily for 29 years now at 75 I've got other problems to think about lol😟. Take care and hang in there. "Ronnie" as my friends call me. bye

I will try it. Thank you. I never smoked but I was exposed to second hand smoke for a long time. I have a cough. I don’t like medication. I will definitely try it. I am so tired of coughing.

the air sacs do repair themselves . . even after looking like they are damaged beyond repair.
the human body is in constant repair every moment everyday.
    as like God's forgiveness . . . it is constant .
that is why the body can repair itself all the time.
long as we consume the correct foods that we are supposed to consume to keep healthy.
    excellent video !

Thats awesome info. Clearly to just stop smoking is the hardest part of all that. If a person can just quit, they could easily eat garlic and honey and get massages
