Linda Krukar is a notable Doberman breeder and has bred MANY Champions under the kennel name Dabney. That male Dobe was exceptional male in fabulous condition. For her to put the Great Dane up over the Doberman just shows how nice that Dane is. I also loved how she wanted the handlers to not over handle their dogs on the down/back and asking them let them stand on their own. These handlers are so good at molding a dog to look fabulous. Letting them "stack" themselves shows their correct build and let's their expression shine, or not. Best In Show was a STUNNING group of dogs! Congrats to the judges for putting up such great representatives of their breed! ❤

Not a popularity contest, always comments about th Golden not winning. just bc is popular,& course root for breed they own like That Dane WAS a standout, .. but dobies always self stack beautifully . In B. I. S, th GSD, perfectly adjusted th 3 point stack. Heathcliff Is a well balanced GS. Won best of breed, Westminster, & placed 4t in group . Is what a show quality GS supposed be,.. not a pet quality that ppl own .
The Dobermans temp ruined the structure. Lacked confidence to go with the appearance. Didn’t wanna be there. Just because it didn’t act like the neo doesn’t mean it wasn’t obvious.
Great Pyrenees... the judge told the woman "don't touch him" 4-5 times. Handler ignored the judge, over and over and over and over. I think the handler was the owner and didn't speak much English.
It was probably her first show ever. But what made me even more upset was the kuvasz. That dog did not have enough training to be in public, let alone in shows. Hope she never competes again until she has the proper training.
I had the Great Dane, Bullmastiff and the NewFoundland as my top 3. Dane’s presence, Bull’s mass and Newfie’s coat. But loved them all. Just a stunning class of Workers this year.
Can you speak more in this? I just watched the dog show on RUclips for fun, but I’m guessing this is also a business. Is that what you mean by adding the names of the kennel and breeder? Thank you for helping me learn.
@@lenacali5912 The kennel and breeder are the ones who select the dogs for health and conformation to the breed standard, and raise the puppies to (ideally) become well-rounded, well-adjusted dogs. It's a big job that requires a lot of expertise.
@@lenacali5912 i am not at all educated in depth on this subject but i think including it is more about prestige? if a dog wins i imagine it looks great for the breeder and etc
Every single one of these breeds is majestic, to a very humbling level. It really makes me feel grateful for the beauty we have in our world. I specially loved the larger breeds as I just LOVE big dogs and I cannot lie 🤭 missed seeing a golden retriever and an English cockle spaniel but other than that, what a gorgeous show.
I love how all these dogs all look so proud of themselves running around in the ring. They are all magnificent looking dogs. Do love that dobie and Dane though. ❤
Toy dogs are cute, but there's just something about big dogs ! That black Russian terrier ! Gorgeous! The Doberman was so athletic and well trained, how did it not win ? I did love the Great Dane..❤..almost wished it or the Dalmation would have won Best in Show...loved them all...good thing I wasn't the judge because I wouldnt be able to choose just one !
The Doberman and the Great Dane, came corso, the boxer, Newfoundland and the Akita are some of my favorites their so gorgeous ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I used to have an American bulldog boxer mix my best friend ever and the bull mastiff looks almost like him without spots!! Miss you sambo ❤️❤️❤️
Why doesn’t the National Dog Show have entries for Japanese Akita? AKC HAS recognized they are DIFFERENT breeds! Please please-get these well deserving dogs an entry.
yes, i’m no expert but i’ve seen three in person, not show dogs, they were amazingly stunning in person and actually better looking than the dog in this competition. They are really a beautiful dog to see in person.
I like the Cane Corso less beefy at around 110-115#. That was a big boy at least 150+#. Too big needs to look more like the Dogo Argentino. That was a very nice animal. Also the Dobbie was a sight to behold. Huge Marmaduke's always win LOL :D
It made me sad how the Dogue de Bordeoux had trouble breathing because of his smooshed in snout :( His nose was basically fully closing whenever he was taking a breath in. Not to mention he sounded like a pug breathing. Poor Dogue de Bordeouxs.

That Akita is stunning! I love the working breeds. The Samoyed was gorgeous too, I’ve owned 2 in the past, they’re great dogs. So are Malamutes.
