Did anyone notice how chillintastic that drummer was kickin it!!!!!!Pay attention people!
A really nice guy, no aires and graces, just plays the blues and loves it. Saw him just before Christmas in York, he blew the place away!
Whoa..blindingly GOOD...great playing from all 3..Intense. How did I miss this one for all these yrs? Thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it - it was a great night!
Just fantastic! Can't stop playing this. Great to see the Family John with Matt too!
He's guesting. That's Prakash John (Lou Reed, Alice Cooper, Parliament Funkadelic) on bass.
So far there are 2 people that clearly have no idea what good music is. This is awesome!
the three people who disliked this are hearing impared and are just upset because they don't hear the audio. This was fab!
I love these three

Awesome!!
COOL !!! nice groove ...
ahhh maaann. soo impressive
Great playing - see Matt at Dingwalls, Camden, London on 28th October - supported by Simon McBride - check him out too - amazing!!!!
@Jergins5 Most people credit Lightning Hopkins with the writing but Johnny Copelend, in the "Showdown" version basically gives the nod to Hop Wilson.
Matt usually plays this in C, the riff is all of four notes not including the octave. Chords would just be 7ths with a little jazzy ornamentation from Matt. Is mostly just improvised blues..
anyone know where i can get a guitar tab for it?
he guesting here? or did he finally get a real bass player?
does anyone know what bass Prakash is using?
Is Matt Schofield in rolling stone's top 100?
@MadMooChildren its a blues, in some key. and he plays two notes in the riff. figure that shit out
who wrote this song, cause i cant find the guitar tab anywhere :/ heeelp
@MadMooChildren albert collins. come on man.
