A technical masterpiece - that's what every interpreter of this piece (on any instrument) hopes to attain. And, because it is so famous as a showpiece, it is also often dismissed musically. But superb technique is only the beginning for you! You've gone well beyond "showing off" and communicate an amazing range of nuance with each section - playful, contemplative, mischievous, spooky, mysterious, assertive - all of these emotions come through here.
