    Whether the Delhi ministers are sitting in their offices and fulfilling the demands of the people, their first concern is what Kejriwal ate and did in Tihar Jail every day.

    Why should an Elected member resign,when he has done no wrong.??
    Courts are to go by law, not by morals.
    If that's the case, Narendra Bhai must be advised to quit politics.

    It is apparent that the administration of delhi could not be carried on in accordance with the constitution....did the frames of constitution anticipate a chief minister in jail trying to run the administration from the jail....is it a fit case for Art. 356?

    • @rajeshmoza6504
      @rajeshmoza6504 20 дней назад

      And did framers of Constitution anticipate that any sitting CM will be arrested without any shred of evidence. By not resigning CM is using a democratic tool to protest and expose undemocratic Central government. Why they don't have guts to remove Kejriwal as Delhi CM.

  • @rajeshmoza6504
    @rajeshmoza6504 20 дней назад

    High Court is trying to take a high moral ground but with its erratic and one sided comments it is losing its credibility. Why should Kejriwal resign. People of Delhi have given him mandated to be there as CM. In a democracy, these are democratic tools to protest, otherwise how can a popular CM protest. High Court is toeing BJP line. High Court will get respect, if it respects peoples representatives.

  • @True5558
    @True5558 23 дня назад +3

    Kejriwal's behavior is such that even a High Court would question a Chief Minister. After this, he should resign as Chief Minister and prove his innocence in court. This is not only an insult to him but also to the people of Delhi who elected him.

    It's an unfair game by BJP being in power at centre. BJP couldn't digest the fact for not having their hold on the capital city, where they stay .There are considerable number of cases against Jagan, AP CM also. But he is continued as CM. Till such time the charges are proved, one is just an accused. No need to resign. Yet there is public support to AAP.
