- The Delhi High Court on Friday came down heavily on the Arvind Kejriwal-led government over a plea against the failure of Aam Aadmi Party-led MCD to provide textbooks to over 2 lakh students. The court said Kejriwal had put personal interest over the national interest by not resigning from the post of Chief Minister despite being in jail.
A Division Bench of Acting Chief Justice Manmohan and Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora made these remarks while dealing with a PIL raising the issue of the poor condition of MCD schools because of the logjam in the civic body.

for 70 yrs after independence, many schools across India never even have a shed !! Whole world knows the dismal state of Govt schools in India. Atleast Kejriwal and Manish Sisodia revamped the education system of Delhi, which attracted the attention of the world as the best model. Its a disgrace that how many attempts are being made to Malign Kejriwal ji. I hope Delhi is witnessing and will be able to judge better the leader they have seen to work for the welfare of common people. As an IITian he could have world abroad and become rich like his classmates...however, he decided to stay back and work for people of this country.
That is what Delhi HC has done in last 10 years. Slaves can't disobey their owner. So much for most of the HCs in the Banana Republic of Adanis and Ambanis.

We are capable enough to elect our leaders who are bound by our Great Constitution to perform. We, the people of the great independent India, are capable of handling our problems in house. Khejrival as also Modiji and many others are our leaders. We know how to judge them purely based on what they do or do not do. We do not need the advice, nor do we consider seriously the biased judgements of the self proclaimed protectors of the world from the western media or nations.
