I went through an evolution watching this. First being surprised it was actually interesting, then impressed at the work and even more impressed at the talent, then wondering why I couldn’t be there to taste it, then so touched at the ending and sharing it with all those kids. This guy is wonderful
I'm surprised they don't have a catering service for these types of food... people would love to pay a fortune to have something like this at their birthday parties or any type of party celebrations. There should be specialized cooks who can make anything massive, that would be the dream.

This is reminded me of where I work! Kitchen staff uses these kinds of big pot and bowls and utensils to make breakfast, lunch and dinner for these disabled adults and children! When we are done with our other work! We come to the kitchen and help taking out trays for them! Some we spoon feed them! These people, everyone of them are very special people! They're smart! 🤓
