I wonder if you can use those upper cabinets in the kids playroom. Build a toe kick to set them on the floor and put butcher block on top. Use it for toy storage and to put a tv on it. Recycle and reuse! I look forward to your videos! Thank you 🤗🤗

When you decide on the plan for the counter tops and before you cut the space for the new sink, take a look at Lowes and talk to one of their employee’s about whether or not you could use longer connections from the water source to the actual faucet. This way the sink could be centered u see the window instead of off to the left. I’ve done this with a bathroom sink installation before. I don’t see any reason you couldn’t do it in a kitchen. You might have to cut some holes in the wall of the cabinet to run the lines but that shouldn’t be an issue. Love the design of the remodeled kitchen. Can’t wait to see the completed project. Good Luck.
I thought the same exact thing when I saw the first video. It might be an added cost to the budget but oh how it's needed. Im not sure why it was configured that way. I hope she can get it done.

Yes I have a gap between water heater and the stove has a good gap too but the stove / oven hardly gets used we always use the outdoor kitchen . Idk where they got it from but it needs to be cleaned lol 😅

I had to come back and tell you that I love the room app you spoke about. It helped me find a perfect inexpensive rug and also showed me how lovely wall shelving would look in my living room. It's really helped with the decision making process.
YOu go girl! FYI. Try rustoleum countertop paint on your countertop. We did that in our rental house, it looks great. We’ve had it for 3 years and it still looks great. It comes in 8+ color which they will mix for you. It runs about $25ish a can and that did all of our countertops 3 coats.
Glad you decided to save the countertop, I’d love to try epoxi resins- kinda scares me! I bet you could do you brick techniques because you apply spackle and you control the thickness helping to cover the uneven edges on the wall. Can’t wait to see your completed project.
You have no idea haha I tried it was way too time consuming for that huge wall I couldn't get the tape level either due to the wall being so wonky 😅 so I went with the panels 😅 I'm working on that tomorrow 💗 I can't wait to share 😁
