Started at 97 kg. Now I'm 62. Salamat sa Diyos 🙏 Pero struggle is real. Parang Every 5 kg may Plateau. Pag dating ko ng 69 it feels na every 2 kilos may Plateau. I'm at the point na naka-OMAD na ako dahil 2 hours na workout ko and I can no longer add more exercise. And now, I'm like shit! Maintain na muna. Need ko bumwelo. 😅 My goal is 58 kg, so 4 kg to go. 🙏
This is what I really need right now. From 75kg to 65kg, after that no more weight loss. Ideal weight for my height is 55kg so I still need to burn 10 more kilos. This is really helpful for me and inspires me to go further weight loss. Thanks coach! Also congrats for 100k subs! Been your subscriber way back when you still have less than 50k, I am proud of you sir! Keep it up! Godbless 😊🙏❤

Isa sa naging advantage ko ay yung pag lakad lakad pag nag ooverthink, dati noong wala pang pandemya pauwi galing school that was 1km walk minsan lang sa isang buwan. But since pandemic, nasa Bahay lang kaya dito na ako sa bahay pa ikot ikot naglalakad. Naging habit ko na ang pag lakad lakad pag nag o-overthink ako and siguro isa din yun sa nakatilong sakin mag bawas ng timbang.

Sir any advice for how to get rid of loose skins from massive weight loss. struggling na kasi ako dito for years any tips on diet and work out para mawala ang loose skins. Salamat more power sa inyong vlogs!
Ang hirap sa part ko na may sleep anxiety. Hirap matulog sa gabi kaya ending kulang kulang 2-3 hours ang tulog ko in a day. Since groggy ako, wala na akong energy mag workout. :(
Tikim kasi kau ng tikim ng pulutan like sa imuman kahit konti lng yon mataas calorie lalo na sisig at crispy pata, kaya dapat tikman nyo na lang kainuman nyo walang calorie yun. Mag loose pa kau pareho ng weight.. Hokage moves!! 😝😝
Sana makapag feature ka naman ng one of your students.. yung progress stories nila.. example someone na first time nag gym at nagdiet pano mo sya naguide something like that or someone na nagkaprogress despite of busy life hahah
@@JacobAlava personal suggestion for future contents: health benefits / negative effects of zero calorie food / drinks, like shirataki, coke zero, rite n lite, stevia, etc. Like is it real na 0-few calories talaga mga yan 😂 and if may long term / short term negative effect ba mga yan sa katawan mo if taken regularly. Hahaha

kung ako tlga napuno mag lemon fast nalang ako stuck na ako between 65 kg to 64.70 ayaw gumalaw nung 69 kg to 66 kg mabilis naman under 1.2k calories ako
