yo noodles, im not a doctor, but i'd replace the booze with weed, gradually.... it seems less damaging and has less of a physical dependance. then reduce the weed (optional). poise!
I had to go onto another medication to safely detox chicken noodle so you might want to get into some sort of detox program, I was 27, now 30 3 years sober and am so much clearer in head and healthier, I almost died from my stomach.
