It's time for another episode of the best real estate offers in Phuket in 2021 and today's episode will be from the south part of Phuket.
This project is located between 2 gorgeous areas - Rawai and Nai Harn and its perfectly good for both purposes, for your personal residence and for rent this property out and makes money ;)
It's completely built and ready to move in, but keep in mind that in a 1 bedroom apartment which I will show you today, you have to spend I think around 300 - 500 000 THB to complete your furniture package.
In overall I believe that's one of my favorite projects in the south part of Phuket. The location is perfect - 300 meters away from Rawai beach and 3-5 minutes away from Nai Harn beach. You have everything that you need, restaurants, bars, kids clubs, gyms, spa and many other things which are really very close to that project. That's the place where you should invest in Phuket's real estate market.

This is your second time stating "the Best". You cannot "steer" clients with subjective statements like this, its illegal practice in the USA. I understand you're in Thailand and are not subject to USA standards. But you are on a global platform so you do have a duty of fair representation ethically. This is why agents in the USA have to go through training, including ethics courses. And have to pass State and National exams in order to become licensed. In Thailand, anyone can become a real estate agent, no training required. I'm sorry but your lack of training shows

Wayyyyyyyy overpriced IMHO!!!
100% , but the apartments itself are big and project have good infrastructure. In rawai and nai Harn it’s hard to find something similar by quality.
