    Gehu ke Aate Ka Crispy Pakoda Recipe Ingredients
    1 Cup Gehu ka Ata(Wheat flour)
    1/4 cup Sooji(Semolina)
    1 Medium size Onion finely chopped
    2 Hari Mirch finely chopped (Green chilli)
    1 Medium size Tomato finely chopped
    1 Medium size Simla Mirch finely chopped (Capsicum)
    1 Tsp salt
    1/4 Tsp Ajwine (Carom seed)
    1 inch Grated Adrak (Ginger)
    1/2 Tsp Jeera(Cumin seed)
    1/4 Tsp Haldi powder (Turmeric powder)
    1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
    2 Tbl sp Khatta Dahi(Sour Curd)
    1 Tsp oil
    1 Cup water
    2 to 3 Tbl sp Hara Dhania finely chopped (Green coriander leaves finely chopped)
    Sprinkle Chat Masala powder
    Serve with Hari Chutney or Tomato Ketchup
