In this video, I showcase the upgrade process of my 12-year-old Toshiba Satellite C660 laptop, which originally featured an Intel i3 processor, 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 500 GB HDD. I’ve now upgraded it with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and a 250 GB Crucial SSD.
Before the upgrade, booting up the laptop took a considerable amount of time, and opening applications like Chrome was extremely slow. However, after the upgrade, the performance has dramatically improved. The laptop now boots up quickly, and applications launch almost instantly.
