    आलु चिल्ली or चिप्स चिल्ली /Chips chilly is a famous spicy dish. Its a vegetarian dish enjoyed by everyone. The key ingredients of this recipe is Capsicum, ketchup and Potatoes.     I tried this. It was good but my potatoes became soggy after I mixed with the gravy. Is there a way we could make the potatoes crispy even after pouring gravy on it? Long time ago I had this dish somewhere in Bhaktapur and the potatoes were very crispy even after the gravy on it. Would like to master this dish.

      In restaurants they serve instantly and add potatoes at the very end. So if you add potatoes just before serving may be it could be the way you want. Thank you for commenting.
