Wonderful job. I hope all radiologists are as meticulous in reporting as you. I have a rotator cuff tear and recently had the MRI done but the radiologist's report seems to be an eyewash. Would it be possible for you to review the MRI images for a surgically valid report?

very nicely explained
Nicely explained doc
Very informative... thanks
nice presentation. has the signal in tendinosis to be less hyperintense as compared to subacromial fluid. sometimes if i report as tendinosis the ortho guy calls and tells me it is partial tear since there is hyperintensity within tendon. how to convince him .
any grading for infraspinatus and teresminor tears.
Sometimes chronic tear and tendinosis can appear similar....if you see that the signal reaches the articular or bursal surface then tear is more likely....and look for presence of fibres ......in tendinosis you will see fibres bridging across the hyperintense signal which cannot be seen in a tear
@@drchaitaliparekh9940 thanks. any specfic mentioning as acute or chronic tear in report if history not known.
@@adityasudarsan6063 no surgeon needs to know what is the tendon quality.... whether it is tendinosed or not

@drchaitaliparekh9940
I don't understand clearly. Because I am engineer but here to understand my father's MRI scan. But, your explanation is very good. Thank you.
Do you consult online? Will you check MRI scan? For my father some doctor suggested surgery but I am confused. Sometimes surgery creates worse results.
Thanks
Informative video
Is a Tesla 2 MRI machine good enough for rotator tear diagnosis or does Tesla 3 give better info ?
Great Mam…..kindly provide normal mri hip and elbow mri anatomy
mri hip coming up shortly. mri elbow is already on our channel
Nice interpretation mam
This was great
Thanks a lot mam
Good job ❤️ ma'am
❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thanks a lot
#DrChaitaliParekh why are your MRI images so clear, the MRI scan that I had the images is nowhere near as clear as yours?
Excellant presentation.
Is delamination differ from delamination tear
Delamination literally means where any material splits into 2 layers....when it happens in cartilage it's known as chondral delamination and when it happens in tendon it's known as delaminating tear. So delamination and delaminating tear is same.
very nice
Great work girls
