    nice presentation. has the signal in tendinosis to be less hyperintense as compared to subacromial fluid. sometimes if i report as tendinosis the ortho guy calls and tells me it is partial tear since there is hyperintensity within tendon. how to convince him .
    any grading for infraspinatus and teresminor tears.

    • @drchaitaliparekh9940
      @drchaitaliparekh9940 4 года назад

      Sometimes chronic tear and tendinosis can appear similar....if you see that the signal reaches the articular or bursal surface then tear is more likely....and look for presence of fibres ......in tendinosis you will see fibres bridging across the hyperintense signal which cannot be seen in a tear

    Is delamination differ from delamination tear

    • @drchaitaliparekh9940
      @drchaitaliparekh9940 4 года назад

      Delamination literally means where any material splits into 2 layers....when it happens in cartilage it's known as chondral delamination and when it happens in tendon it's known as delaminating tear. So delamination and delaminating tear is same.
