I love this recipe. I made it several times, and recieved several requests for it when entertaining guests. I customized it a little by adding in a Chorizo link and Jalapino tots though. Good eatin'. Thanks for sharing

Hello I add onion, peppers, and I can a rotella to my casserole it really good
I'm making this tomorrow for my Grandkids while I keep them while their parents go out. I like onions and green chilis, so I think I'll add them to the Casserole. Looking forward to trying it.
I also added a cup of sour cream & corn! Delicious

I made this last night and it was good. The only thing I did different was I didn’t add the garlic. However the next time what I’m going to do is add more taco seasoning.

Crazy question...why not when preparing beef and garlic add taco seasoning to beef then? Then add remaing ingredients.

Here is an idea for you I put red peppers and green peppers and onion's and fiesta nacho cheese and 2 hot pepper in mind and it turn out so good my girlfriend had make it for son birthday
