@@BruceMennel so button type MCU Button? There is no Erase option... Also this is for control in Ableton not in Maschine. I want to use the Erase button in Maschine.
Thanks man, spent an hour and a half trying to figure out why my play button wasn't working on my mikro mk3 and official pages on NI were advising paying $30 for a user made script which does not sit right with me at all.
Hey ! I just got the solution. I've been facing the same problem. Basically you have to add 1 little extra step to get there. In the controller editor you need to tick the Host Transport control
Thanks for your comment! This method has worked well for many, but it might depend on your system settings or software configuration. I recommend double-checking your setup to ensure everything matches the steps in the video.
Control Ableton Transport using your Maschine MK3 controller to create a seamless EDM workflow in ableton.
IT WONT WORK

Take a look at this one😉:ruclips.net/video/KF71BdTSORM/видео.html
So don't chose ableton in template?
Control Play, Stop, Loop, Rewind and FastForward
HOW?
I still want to use the Erase button in Maschine. Just deactivating it in controller editor doesn't work. Any ideas?
You need to reassign it in controller editor. Go to Assign and reassign the parameter ID for erase.
