UD should totally redo spx like this: 3 cards/pack, 8 packs/box + 1 bonus pack The bonus pack has one base shadow box, autos are hits in normal packs In each normal pack, there is one rookie base and one veteran base, with a hit. Your hit can be an actual hit (guaranteed 3) or a parallel or ud black card (guaranteed 3). Buyback cards in 1 in 4 boxes and may be autographed. Odds would be something like this: Base jersey (1:6) Rookie base jersey (1:12) Base auto (1:24) Base super script auto (1:24) Rookie auto (1:24) Rookie jersey auto (1:12) Shadow Box Auto (1:24) Black base (1:6) Black jersey (1:6) Black auto (1:12) Pride of a nation (1:32) Buyback (1:32) Parallels have no specific odds Anyway, keep up the great content and sorry for making you read all this! :)
I don’t ever expect to get the big guys out of almost anything I buy, that stuff tend to be nearly impossible de Paul especially the more high-end you go. I love SPX because I love upperdeck black but they’ve made that stuff so hard to get, at least it was the year before this but it took me four boxes to pull something amazing. I didn’t touch the stuff from this year because there just wasn’t enough rookies or people in it that I would’ve wanted to take the risk on. If 21-22 ever comes out, I am planning on buying a few boxes of that for sure. Although the way things are going it’s not looking like that won’t come out until probably the fall

Those 2 were a little rough. This is one of the reasons I don't buy SPX or any one card per pack products. I would rather spend more on SPA. It seems like you have a better chance at a good autograph in SPA and a rookie auto. SPA has given me some blah rookies but I usually get a pretty good auto to balance things out. Don't get discouraged. I have no doubt you will be hitting some awesome cards soon.

I've learned over the years if you buy a hobby box your most likely not to get your full money's worth it's to enjoy opening the pack. Also spx is way over valued rate now.
Honestly. It all comes down to the gamble. The rookies is the longterm investment and the legends are the quick sell in terms of value. Use the internet and box openings before you buy products! Everything is expensive and its a small percentage of luck to get return out of anything. So unless youre just a genuine collector you cant really complain, right?

What a trash box. About $10 value for a $200 box. I've had mostly really bad luck with SPX, if you'd even call it luck. Pulled a Gretzky patch auto to 10 once. Other than that, barely worth the cardboard they are printed on.

This product hit rate is 1/5 boxes. It costs $220 a box, for sure not worth it. Not sure why ppl buy this.
