Great to see other fan bases support each other! As a Seahawks fan since the '80s, many of us in the NW have been fans of the Lions, especially for the past four years. Your organization is killing it with Dan Campbell and his amazing team, and especially if we're out, many of us Hawks fans have been rooting for a Lions SB!
He was our coach for 14 seasons. Wish him only the best with the Raiders. He’s 73 years young
Sorry to hear about the lions I really had them for going to the Superbowl this year myself but I also saw this happening too because mahomes wants a 3peat I think they giving it to him but I wouldn't be too surprised if eagles do come away this year
Raiders are so lucky to get Pete. He's 73. Lots of coaching years left in him. He stays young at heart and mentally because he hangs out with young guys!!
Fantastic pick up at OC. Kubiak has the football pedigree like Shanahan and he’s a former Niner insider. Same age as Macdonald. If he can replicate what he did in Nola, then the Seahawks will be a buzzsaw.
I think it's going to be underwhelming for all of the reasons you mentioned above. He's in the Shanahan system. Kyle Shanahan also obviously operates the system and has his dad's Direct consultation. McVay and the Rams have owned the Niners since Kyle has been head coach, many times when the Niners have a better roster. I just think this is going to make us worse against the Rams
@ technically it’s called Kubiak-Shanahan system but if that’s your concerns I wouldn’t worry.
Macdonald is the one who’s going head to head against Shanahan and mcVay’s offenses. And with a former insider who knows how Shanahan and McVay operates, that knowledge will be extremely valuable for someone as meticulous as Coach Macdonald.
But that’s literally the bare minimum.
Seahawk offense will be cooking hot 🔥 hibachi style under Kubiak.
@@Slhazzard i'm not worried about the defensive side of the ball. McDonald will get that right. The Rams have a great young defense. McVay schemes the offense pretty well but no matter the DC, they always throttle the Niners. The common denominator is the HC. I don't know the wrinkles of the Kubiak version, but everyone is just touting the Shanahan system, which McVay crushes on a yearly basis.
injuries decimated NOLA
Was rooting 4 lions too, my Seahawks can get any OC they want. If they don’t fix the OLine it wont matter. They were almost last in every important PFF stat…..
Lol, he's 73, not ninety something 😂 I am excited about Kubiak. He did get the Saints into 40 some odd point games before they all got injured. Idky they were so decimated, but I think the Seahawks are ready since Mike is known for working the guys out a lot. I also respect Mike's eye for talent. I think we're on good hands.
If the Seahawks don’t get an O-line it won’t matter who’s calling plays. It’s time to get some thug nasty’s up front.
Relative to number of snaps played, Pharaoh Brown is responsible for a LOT of penalties
Sorry about your lions man. I don’t think anyone wanted them to lose, I bet some commanders fans where even kinda sad 😂
The Hawks in general need a lot of work still. Once some of the high priced players are gone, we will see where we go….
Yes! Good young core, vets eating up cap
Which vets do you propose we should part ways to save money?
@@legnv Lockett, Dre'Mont Jones, and Noah Fant would be a good start, maybe even Nwosu.
@@Jason-lk9yigot to give Nwosu one more year and hope he doesn’t get injured
Nwousu needs to adjust his contract for injury. He's stolen money from the Seahawks the last 2 seasons .
Saints were decimated by injuries one of which was Carr who had Spencer Rattler behind him....

Geno also needs to know how to read a defense at the line a lot better there are times he won't switch out of a play or he will and it does worse, then he throws to completely blanketed receivers, more than not, I hate speaking bad about Seahawks QBs but when I'm seeing consistent inconsistency it's hard to not see it and not mention it, like I don't see why they stick with that inconsistent shit they'll take out woolen when he's inconsistent but not Geno which makes no sense to me why make an example of one player on one side of the ball, and not the other?
Cause geno has an iq of 75.
@@thrillhouse4784in reality he is actually considered a genius or 'gifted' by the metrics.
@@journeyproud yeah gifted at forcing balls into triple coverage
He only makes bad decisions when he knows it’s the only hope- 3rd and 22 behind by 17 points ….. or when a receiver runs the wrong route and he throws it to a defender because of the poorly run route. Geno is way better than people give him credit for. Every QB in the league looks good with a badass o line and decent receivers. Tom Brady and Joe Montana would look like shit with the o line play we had last year.
The O line sucks! It’s not about the scheme! You watch film and half the guys get blown backwards or strait whiff! They are the worst O line in football! They absolutely Have to get better or it won’t matter what scheme we run!
Chicago was probably worse but that is it. Nothing will change if the line play doesn't get better and if we want to play in January and February it has to get a lot better.
Grubbs refusal to run and his habit of looking for big shots down the field + bad o-line play and penalties = 7.9 ytg on third down
Wanna be depressed! Go look at the Eagles salary cap! Then look at Seattles! You can’t dump 70+ million into two player! Geno and DK! That’s about double what Philly pays Hurts and Barkley
What are you talking about? Hurts 255 million and saquon 37 mill. Just cause it's backloaded doesn't mean they manage the cap better. Although JS has really flubbed in free agency. If geno and dk both get extended it will be same scenario, pay salary as bonus money up front and backload the contract. Seahawks have the 3rd most cap room in 26',27' so nothing to be depressed about
